I have had multiple bad experiences with the pharmacy staff at this location… very unpleasant, unprofessional, testy and impatient. When sharing this info with the “manager” I’ve become more aware of why the staff behaves the way they do. Jennifer should not be employed to work with the public because she apparently doesn’t like her job or people. Extremely poorly trained and managed if you ask me!

This place is a joke. Rude, liars. I was told at 9 am they would be ready in a couple hours. Noon rolls by I uber, go up there and they saybits going to be 2 more hours. I have never in my life gotten a text from them saying a prescription is ready. Thus suuuuuuuuuck

The pharmacist was very rude an refused to work with me on my insurance. He didn't want to listen to my insurance agent when I got them on the phone. Will not be back to this location again. So think twice before coming here.

Pharmacy has such attitude. When the Ozempic has a shortage I got a Rx for it but was never filled. So my Dr gave me some samples to last. So when I asked for a refill they are saying I have to prove I’ve been taking it. Even though it’s their fault I didn’t get a refill! And then questioning what the doctor had told me to do with them. Was super rude. Gonna change pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy! zero in terms of everything..pathetic and rude service! We waited for more than an hour for Covid vaccine even though we had an appointment! Just before this, I had another apt for my dad at Walgreens on Goodman road, which took care of everything in 15 mins! Don’t waste your time by going to this walgreen especially the pharmacy store! The pharmacist starting with “S” should be fired immediately!

we dropped off four prescriptions to be filled on Thursday. They filled two the third prescription was for BP and wasn't covered by Insurance. Four days later I went to Walgreens asked them to fill the prescription and we would pay out of pocket. I was going to wait and the girl at the counter said it was going take a little while because they had a 100 scripts to fill . I told her we have been waiting four days. I came home two and a half hours later Walgreens text ready for pickup. I don't like their service. I've heard Kroger's pharmacy and Sam's are good we still haven't heard anything on the fourth script.

Last time I was in the store one of your employees named Kadence Bell was extremely rude to me and my friends. She even proceeded to call my girlfriend big/fat which is highly inappropriate in a professional work environment. I’d appreciate it if something were to be done about this

There is a perticular pharmacy tech who's rude and makes it so hard for me to get some of my prescriptions. After this refill I'm taking my business elsewhere. Because I feel like she's policing my medications that I desperately need. I normally don't run out before it's due but this time I did. And I know you can refill 2 days before the actual fill date and the insurance will pay for it. I was only trying to get it 1 day early and she told me the insurance won't pay til 3 days after the 30 day refill date. I've always had a problem with her no matter what it is. And I wish I knew her name but I could pick her out in a line up. I will never use this Walgreens again.

I am livid. I made an appointment at a Walgreens near my home for two flu shots. I waited in line until I could wait no longer with a three-year-old. No one would see me even though I made an appointment. No one even called my appointment number. I went to this Walgreens on the corner of 51 in church which is near where I work. I didn’t make an appointment because the appointment didn’t work for me last time and I’ve always gotten my flu shot at this Walgreens. And they wouldn’t see me because I didn’t have an appointment. So Walgreens has wasted my time and my three-year-old’s time twice to get a flu shot. And I am livid if you have an appointment only policy then answer your appointments. And if you have an appointment only policy state it online. It says nowhere online it is mandatory that you have an appointment. And I have always walked in for my appointments for the last 10 years .
