If you need a dependable customer service counter, choose another Walmart! You’ll never be able to guess when they’ll be “open “ and serving customers. It’s randomly closed throughout the day so you can’t go by posted hours. It’s been this way for over a year. As far as the store itself, otherwise a clean, well stocked Walmart. Be prepared to self checkout.

PLEASE Dont do self checkout. Apparently the scales and cash machines are broken and the employees aren't aware of the problems. Their machines keep eating the money and the associates can't help since they don't have cash in their registers. I used 2 and both ate my money

This review is based off of the experience I witnessed on my trip today. My wife and I stopped in the pick up a few things. After grabbing our items we went to get in line at self checkout. In front of us was an elderly gentleman with a cart full of items. He was asking the girl standing "watching" the self checkout something and she shooed him over to the self checkout registers. My wife began to make a comment about it, the same employee that blew off the old man turned around and asked her what she said about the old man. My wife looked at her and told her she should not have blown him off. The girl began to mumble something under her breath as she started texting on her apple watch that she was busy with the entire time this debacle went down. My wife asked her name, Kiara. Walmart please hire more employees who understand what good customer service is rather then just trying to fill a spot with a body.

I called this morning to see if they had a adhd medication in stock. I was told by the pediatrician that the pharmacy have had a hard time getting them in stock. If it wasn’t in stock I would have to call around and find a pharmacy with in stock because the doctor’s office just doesn’t have the time to do it. The lady that picked up the phone wouldn’t help me at all and said it didn’t work like that. I know I would still have to get the doctor to send the prescription but she wouldn’t even tell me if it was in stock. Walgreens didn’t hesitate to help me I will be transferring my family’s medication. It’s so hard to find good customer service it just doesn’t exist anymore.

I just left there,not empresses with mostly all self checkout.Only one live checkout lane on a Saturday with store packed.I ask the attendant a question ,got no response,So I ask again,still no response.I might as well rang myself out.Wal Mart your personally need a class in service and courtesy.

My husband and I waited in a long line for a few minutes or so to have a lady check us out. Then after this line was not moving, we changed to another line with a lady there. She said the line was closed. We said that we asked another lady and she told us to go to this register. She told us again to go somewhere else. We got in a self check line. After scanning everything we could not pay. Come to find out this line was Cash Only!! The proper screen was not displayed to show this and no sign showing this!! Then we had to wait even longer for the first lady to get us checked out elsewhere. Meanwhile the other lady had opened her register and let someone else instead of us use her register. And yes they were both of a different race from us!!

Everyone I order on the app I can never check in and have to get out, go on and find an employee to pick up my order. When I finally get my order it is in disarray like they were bagged and toosed. Most of the employees are rude and don't really know what customer service is. They talk about customers often and loudly and are too busy stocking and talking to each other to actually help customers. The cashiers never smile or say hi first. This is why Walmart stores are closing and Target stores are getting face-lift and opening new stores. Get it together Walmart! Proper training starts in the corporate office !

The 2 girls who attended customer service desk on 4/16/2023 around 11 was very rude , very unprofessional and disrespectful. The pharmacy department employees are nothing like them, they are always kind, professional and respectful!

The pickup is HORRIBLE maybe not the morning pickup people but definitely the evening/night shift. On Feb 3rd 2023 I had a pickup order which I ordered that morning, my pickup time was at 9pm that night. I arrived at 9pm and after waiting 40 minutes a young girl finally comes out to bring someone else their order so I asked her about mines and she says they are working on it they are still picking my items and that it’s only her and 1 other girl, okay so after still sitting another hour I see both girls got into vehicles and went home for the night after still waiting for my order so I go inside to speak to a manager and she had to finish picking my items which was ridiculous. The little girl gave me the run around the whole time. I have placed another order recently and the same thing has happened, they need to stop hiring these kids that doesn’t care if they job gets done or not period. I have contacted corporate on this issue!
