Kroger is ok if you go yourself. If you plan to have groceries delivered, save yourself the headache. They never get the order correct. I have had them tell me items weren't available only to have my family stop 20 minutes later to pick the same item up. Not to mention, they do not listen when you say "no substitutions." Then when there is a problem, they either want to blame the customer or do nothing. Understand, this is not a one time thing. This has happened multiple times to the point that I won't use their delivery EVER AGAIN.

This has been my number one stop for groceries, for years . I recently purchased a pack of pork chops that was spoiled. I live in Tunica which is about 40 min away so I could not just turn around and bring the meat back. I tried to keep the meat but it started to smell so bad that I threw it out. Two days later, I went back with my receipt and explained to the manager (Mr. Gee) what happened and he didn't care one bit. He was nonchalant and unsympathetic of my concern. Not only did he deny my request to simply receive a gift card ($8 for the pork chops) for the inconvenience of ruining my dinner, he didn't even offer an apology. I don't know who hired him as a Manger but he desperately need a course on customer satisfaction. As much money as I spend here, I am very disappointed.

This has 1 star because you can't give zero. I ordered my groceries last night to be delivered. They were to be delivered between 9-10 AM the next day. I got a message at 8:30 saying that she would be late & it would now be 10:30-11 before she got there. That was okay, since I would still be home then. The delivery girl informed me that I would have to pay again because they canceled my payment. The payment was taken out of my account. After that debacle (about 1:45 PM) she informed me that she would be delivering my groceries. At 2:05, when I was NOT HOME ANYMORE, she said she was delivering. I came home to my groceries like this. The produce was in horrible condition. My frozen items were all thawed. This is terrible service.

They seem clean. I just came here to pick up a western Union transaction. No complaints on my end. None at all whatsoever.

Unless you want flies to accompany your grocery purchase, don't shop here! There are literally dead and living flies all over the store. They are in the produce section, "fresh" meat section, frozen meat section, dairy...and they swarm the deli section. The flies are in plain sight and store workers and management do nothing about it. I addressed this issue with the store manager, and he stated that, "it will be taken care of in a couple of days...". This is not a new issue for this store, and I've heard that empty promise before. I've posted pictures of my visit on 8/30/2018. Judge for yourself...
