Workers are not helpful, sometimes even rude. Service is not good. They basically have a monopoly over part of the south because they are the only option if you live in certain rural parts of Mississippi. And they know that, so they can afford to provide poor service, knowing they won't lose much clientele. Previously it was ok, but then I believe they stopped partnering with Verizon. Now there is average to sub par service in state and little to no service out of state. Even in neighboring states, LA, AR, AL, and GA, there is poor cell reception.
