Unfortunately -0- stars is not an option. I am writing this review to hopefully spare other shippers and customers from the ordeal I am having with MFX LLC (aka Mississppi Freight). I ordered a laundry center from Speed Queen through a Monroe La appliance store called Daniel Furniture on January 24, 2019. As of today, February 13, 2019 I still do not have it. Daniel Furniture has been calling Speed Queen trying to find it. They found it yesterday, Feb 12, 2019. My laundry center has been sitting in a Houston MS warehouse in the possession of MFX LLC since Jan 25, 2019 by their own admission. NINETEEN DAYS. Just sitting there. After Daniels' had no luck getting an estimated delivery date from them, I called myself. The CSR who answered the phone admitted they had my freight since 1/25 but could not explain why. She transferred me to the Dispatcher who also admitted this and either could not or would not give me any reason why they did not deliver timely. Earlier today when Daniels' spoke to the CSR she said they would try to ship it today. The Dispatcher I spoke to now says tomorrow. He said he does not have a driver available today. He said I was welcome to drive to Houston and get it. People, this is not rocket science. You are a trucking company. YOU HAVE ONE JOB. Put the freight on a truck and truck it one state over to Louisiana as you agreed to do in your contract with Daniel Appliance and Speed Queen. And when you realize you have screwed the pooch this badly, find a driver and deliver it today. Not tomorrow.
