It's really frustrating that the Redbox is frozen and out of order so often ! This is the 3rd time I have went to return movies at the only one in town and was unable to due to kiosk being frozen or out of order ! Of course when you call Redbox they say call back tomorrow & when your charged for an extra night for the movies we will give you free promo codes .....
