On May 20, 2020 I had scheduled an appointment to open a saving account via the banking website. I scheduled this two day prior and received a confirmation email. On the date of the appointment I arrived a few minutes early. The doors to the bank were locked (as expected due to COVID-19). I stood outside and waiting, knocking on the door. No response. I call the bank. Someone answers and acts as through they cannot hear me and hangs up. Fed Ex man pulls up. Someone immediately comes to the door, so I know if they saw him they saw me standing out there. The woman hangs the man her packages through the door. She starts to close and lock the door back. The Fed Ex man stops the woman and says "excuse me there's a lady waiting here". She says to me "can I help you" I said yes I have an appointment to open an account I set up online. She says "well we don't know anything about any of that, we didn't get an email or anything, you really should have known to have called the bank, I'm sorry." And closes the door on me. Wow good thing I didn't take off work time for this appointment and drive over for no reason. The employees at this bank have always been rude to me. When I opened my account the representative implied I wouldn't be able to cover the banking fees with my salary.

Even after moving away from Houston and not even being close to a Regions Bank, I’ve continued using them, as the Houston staff have always been so helpful. They explain things in a professional, clear, and understandable way. The staff also are quick to help resolve any issues that I call about. Thank you for such great service!

The manger is very rude how she just gonna put a hold on your account because she thinks it's fruad when I verified everything bought my kids itune cards so she thinks it's fraud
