We love getting our meds at the CVS in Hurley, Ms. Nice clean store. Always fully stocked. And Holly is our favorite associate. She always remembers us and is so nice and professional.

CVS Pharmacy in Hurley, MS is, by far, the best pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I had been using the one in Pascagoula, and it was terrible. Prescriptions were never ready. They would tell you to come back in 30 minutes, and they still would not be ready. I would specifically call about a prescription that had been sent by a doctors office, to make sure they were going to get it filled. Even after calling, it was very rarely ever ready when they said it would be. When I could finally pick up the prescriptions, they never had all of them. One or two would be missing. So then I would be having to come back in another 30 minutes or an hour. The staff always seemed stressed and rarely willing to be helpful. I ended up moving prescriptions to Walgreens because of the frustrations at the Pascagoula CVS. They weren’t much better. Tried Walmart pharmacy, and oh my goodness. That was an even worse experience. After moving to the Hurley area, I decided to try the CVS there. They are phenomenal! The organization and efficiency in the Hurley CVS pharmacy are amazing When a doctor‘s office has sent a prescription over, I can always count on it being ready by the time I get there. No calls to make before arrival - no having to come back in 30 minutes or an hour. It’s just ready to be picked up. I recently had a prescription that needed to be refilled. In the past, I always had to call and request a refill with other places. Hurley CVS had the refill ready when it was due to be ready - and I didn’t even have to call to request it. And from my experience so far, every single employee is extremely kind and helpful beyond expectations. Regardless of how busy they get, they always handle customers with dignity, respect, patience and kindness.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in the county. Customer service is abhorrent, Dropped off two prescriptions but only one was filled and no explanation for the missing script because it was time to go to lunch and they didn’t have thirty more seconds to resolve the issue. CVS needs to take a hard look at how poorly this store is operated.

The store is a typical CVS and front help is good with nice greeting and good service. The one star rating is for the pharmacy only. The pharmacy needs a management or personnel makeover or both! I can't think of one time that my husband or me have had new prescriptions called in or dropped off that there has not been at least an insurance issue, a 2-3 hour delay, or they are not ready when you get there. Auto refills are ready, but we do get the text and don't pick them up for a couple days.
