Britney in the pharmacy is SO rude that I’ve had to call corporate on her now twice for her condescending attitude and her behavior dealing with customers being myself and family. How can CVS keep employees like her who repeat their unprofessional behavior in the pharmacy area.

The store is a typical CVS and front help is good with nice greeting and good service. The one star rating is for the pharmacy only. The pharmacy needs a management or personnel makeover or both! I can't think of one time that my husband or me have had new prescriptions called in or dropped off that there has not been at least an insurance issue, a 2-3 hour delay, or they are not ready when you get there. Auto refills are ready, but we do get the text and don't pick them up for a couple days.
