The two women in the pharmacy ganged up on me and treated me like a drug seeker when I tried to fill a pain med prescription for my son today after his surgery. Go anywhere else but here. I called corporate and apparently they’re aware of this pharmacy’s treatment of customers by the staff…? So do something about it. The pharmacist was incredibly nice. I ended up giving up on getting the prescription filled and hope Tylenol and Ibuprofen is enough.

Terrible pharmacy, most prescription I try to fill they do not have. They told me, they didn’t know if they could even get it. Went next door and had it filled. This has happened two many times so I am changing all OUR meds to RX next door.Prices are extremely high on everyday items also.. oh and many of the employees have bad attitudes !!

Switched all my prescriptions here and I have never had a problem. Everyone has been very professional and pleasant! The store is very clean and there is plenty of parking. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you!

Hoai was one of the best pharmacists I’ve encountered! He was very patient with me and made me feel very comfortable! I hope to continue getting great service! All the staff was very sweet! ? Great pick CVS ?

I find the staff at this CVS to be among the best I've experienced. Their manager, Dara, is a pleasure!!! She has such a sweet way of speaking to people and helping in any way she can. I always look forward to seeing her.This is my favorite CVS by far.

Need a new way for customers to talk to a REAL person.Been getting my family’s meds here for almost a year, yet the automated system never has any of our birthdays “on file” when I’m calling to check on our prescriptions. And you have to jump through 1,000 hoops to hopefully get to talk to SOMEONE.Hate this place with a passion.

Beginning on 6/9/22, I received a phone call telling meI had 2 prescriptions ready for pick-up. I wasn't expecting 2 so i inquired and told the pharmacist the one I didn't need. She said they would put it back and I told her I would not be in until the following week to pick up the other one because I was sick (Covid). She said that was fine. On 6/10/22 I received a text regarding the prescription and then on 6/11/22 I received another phone call. I repeated the original information shared on 6/9/22. On 6/16/22 I went to pick up the script and the pharmacy was closed due to a sick pharmacist. On 6/17/22 I went to pick up my prescription and was told it had been returned to the shelf because it had been more than 14 days. I explained that I hadn't been notified until the 9th and what I had told the caller at that time. The woman explained that it had been 14 days since it had been filled and I would have to come back later in the day so they would have a chance to fill it again. CLEARLY 14 days had NOT past (that would be 6/23) since I received the first notification and I had tried to pick it up a day earlier AND had also explained the reason for my delay each time they called. I was not able to get to the store on 6/18 or 6/19, so my script continues to sit - when it should have been waiting for me on 6/17.I have NEVER been more frustrated or discouraged to use a pharmacy. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone and will be changing my preferred pharmacy with my doctor. I drive 5 miles to each way to get to this pharmacy, but a trip to Mobile would be more efficient than dealing with this!UPDATE: 6/21/22Went to pick up the script, I was told would be filled on 6/17, today. Was told the pharmacy had nothing for me! Went through the entire situation again and what do you know...they said they would fill it while I waited. Seriously!!?? They didn't do what they said last week and to top it off, they could have filled it while I waited back then?! UNBELIEVEABLE

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. THE PHARMACY STAFF A JOKEHOW DO THEY CONTINUE TO BE EMPLOYED HERE ? VERY RACIALLY PROFILLING PEOPLE.... WE WILL NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN. VERY RUDE TO YOU IF YOU DONT HAVE INSURANCE AND BEWARE BEWARE OF THE PRICES ALSO. SOMEONE SOMEWHERE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING.

I try to avoid this pharmacy at all cost simply because it takes FOREVER and the staff are so RUDE that it’s MIND BLOWING. Unfortunately, one of my meds got sent here by accident. I got 4829849173917x calls saying it was ready to be picked up but like I said I try to AVIOD this pharmacy at all cost. Today…. I was in CVS dropping off a package and was going to go ahead and grab it. Which long story short, reminded me why I avoid this pharmacy. The technicians are RUDE and the older lady technician is a complete waste of a employee!!! CVS corporate should be ashamed of their customer service.

Rude and unethical pharmacist on staff in Hurley , MS. Technicians are slightly more helpful. Stay away from this pharmacy if , you can . There is a reason their rating from the public is a one star … really the pharmacy needs a zero rating ! Horrible service and unethical practices. Enough said …
