As we all know, there is a difference between a “Manager”, “Assistant Manager”, & “Associate”, correct? Tuesday, May 22, 2023 at approximately 7-8, there were only two people I know of that were working yesterday, an associate and assistant manager. On yesterday, the manager was complaining about this that and the third when I was in there and she was silent as a mouse on a Saturday night. When I left the store, an associate, friend of mine, stated that one of the other associates overheard the assistant manager gossip and stated, she said “I am so tired of this mess. I told the manager she need to watch who she hire. I am out here working on my break and the trash and carts ain’t done. When the other associate is up here I don’t have to worry about stuff like that.” As a buyer, I walked out and the assistant manager began to curse and rant about this, that and the third. From my understanding and observation, the assistant manager hardly does her job but complain and gossip about the next associate, waiting on her next break. Maybe the manager should watch which assistant manager she hired. If an associate has to do all the work, why not make her the assistant manager?

Store time says 8am-10pm needs to be fixed. Other than that same as all of the dollar stores employees hate the job they have to do but it's the job they chose! Overall you find what you're looking for and some other hidden gems!
