In April 1920, Planters Bank & Trust began serving customers in the small community of Ruleville, Mississippi. Currently headquartered in Indianola, MS, Planters Bank has grown from one bank nestled in the rich soil of Ruleville to over twenty locations spanning communities in Mississippi, Tennessee and Louisiana. I had an issue with my PIN on my debit card over the weekend. Vernessa helped to quickly resolve my issue on a Saturday morning so I could use my card over the weekend. Customer service like this is why I am glad to bank locally!
