“Very friendly customer service, but I've repeatedly asked lately for my packages to be held at the post office because I've had 3 packages delivered to the wrong address and never returned nor convesated. And some of my package are still being put on the truck for delivery. That's the only problem Today June 6th, I had another package put on the vehicle again after I've requested it not to and the driver was told not to deliver, to bring it back to the Post office for personal pickup. She did, I got a email saying it was back at the post office for pickup. Just why I was told it's not there this morning because the driver put it back on the truck again? It's in the system for personal pickup. I've had 3 packages delivered to the wrong address, meaning someone else enjoyed my items, money I've lost. That's why I requested a personal pickup. I don't have money to lose like that. Something needs to be done with that driver that's ignoring the request. Looks like Corporate office is needed on this situation. Yes I'm upset because times is hard now I don't have money to be loosing from other people enjoying my packages”
