They are not trustworthy. Bought a vehicle through them and it has not moved since my brother got it home, and had a lot of issues that didn't show up when we first looked at it and were not made aware of them. Now it's just sitting in the driveway taking up space. It will start, but will not come out of park at all and nothing we've tried works. I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE.

Be prepared to donate to their "car" business. Save your time and go to D&M or literally anywhere else. Just crooks. Idk how they get away with it in this small town.

Staff was courteous, prompt service. The vehicle I chose had a minor issue but it was repaired the next day with no extra charge. Good pricing, good vehicles.

Paid $3000.00 down and I've only had the car for 4 months now and I've been replacing part after part to keep it running but now the car doesn't want to run and I don't know what else to do I've called them and the only thing they could tell me is try to get the car to them I keep paying for a car that I have to spend money on every week for a part just for it to break down on me again.I wish they would better inspect their cars more carefully. They don't even give their cars that they are selling a good warranty only an as is warranty.

Owned our vehicle for 6 months, paid a premium price for a mediocre vehicle. $400 in parts and labor so far and 2 trips to get it fixed. $2,500 in repairs needed still. We haven't drove it over an hour one way, no off-roading etc. I personally know 3 people who have had issues with Ram Z auto. Now we have a payment on a car that has to sit in our driveway until we can do something else.

Seem to be very nice people. However, make sure you have someone double check what they tell you about their vehicles! We were told the rust underneath was minimal, however there were chunks falling out if the rear end and it had been spray painted over. We were also told the vehicle was worth about $4K more than what Kelley Blue Book actually showed.
