Dropped my vehicle off at A1 transmission. Positive the transmission was failing. 195k on the Oldsmobile Bravada. They took it for a test and called me back thinking it was possibly the catalytic converter. They took it to a muffler repair shop. Called me back next day. Diagnosed the converter was bad. Replaced converter. They picked up my vehicle, returned it to there location. Was only charged for the exhaust system work. Martin and his crew are exceptional. I understand why they are so busy.

Well I'm back again these guys are worthless probably the worse in Mississippi brought my truck in 5 times how many does it take after you spend $4000 these guys where in my truck eating at a restaurant I saw my truck out side of it they don't even got a vehicle of there own because they can't even fix there's I ask them what was wrong with there ride why are they not using there's I found out they been working on there own transmission for two years it was sickening that these guys scam all there customers pathetic

I dropped my vehicle off yesterday 7/21/2021 before 8:30. Was told they would check on it by 12pm. Both of my front seats had been moved and laid back. Someone left restaurant napkins inside and the radio was on and on a different station. I turned the radio off so they could focus on the transmission. I was not told anything about my vehicle, but they had been riding around in my vehicle because my gas was noticeably low. He told me to bring it back one evening before it closes next week so they can test it out in the morning. That's okay!!! I'm now concerned that they will be joy riding in my truck all night.Service: Transmission

Cleaned my vehicle out before we took it up there but left my programmer in the console thinking that they needed it when they changed my transmission and it just came up missing and tried to tell me I lost it or must have misplaced it, and acted like I was just a idiot or something, to add to it my transmission lasted a week
