I am very satisfied with the service, especially with Mr. Will at a very honest and kind person at 111 Briarwood Dr, Jackson, MS 39206. In different places the only solution they gave me was to change the transmission of my truck, but Mr. Will knew how to find the real problem and solved it and saved me a lot of money. Therefore, he has a new loyal customer. thanks a lot!

My transmission went out on my Jeep Compass recently. My wife and I are on a fixed income and it looked like things were going downhill, fast.
Out of all of the shops that we called around and talked to, AAMCO turned out to be the best of them all. They found a transmission for us, that fit our budget and with a good warranty too. They had us back in operation within a few days.
Mack Lowery and Will Arnold are the best. They were very helpful and made my wife and I feel very comfortable.
It’s a shame that it is so hard to find honest, caring people. People that care more about their neighbor, than their profit margin.
Mack and Will have our business now. It really feels good to be a part of the AAMCO family.

I had a Honda dealership tell me that I needed a new transmission and a torque converter from a Honda van. I brought the van to AAMCO who specializes in transmissions and they could find nothing wrong with my transmission. They were able to look at it and get it back to me on the same day, this is a good honest shop and the people are great you can trust them

I recently had an outstanding experience with AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care in Jackson, MS. I drove over 150 miles from home after no dealer in the Oxford, MS, or Memphis, TN area could even look at my Cadillac Escalade unless I left it for over two weeks. After calling AAMCO, I made the drive, and it was the best decision I could have made.
The location was easy to find, just minutes from I-55. When I dropped off my Escalade the next day, I was immediately impressed by how nice and professional everyone was. The office was clean, and the woman at the desk was friendly and articulate. I have never felt so comfortable at an automotive service shop—not even at Lexus or Cadillac dealers.
AAMCO diagnosed my Escalade the same day I dropped it off, which was far quicker than I expected since I had already returned home. They kept my car safe over the weekend and informed me that it wasn't a transmission issue but a failed motor mount. Remarkably, they didn't push me to fix it immediately. They could have told me anything and charged me, and I wouldn't have known the difference.
When I went to pick up my car, they refused to accept any payment for the diagnosis and their time. Their honesty and professionalism were truly exceptional. I will happily drive the distance the next time I need anything. It was well worth it. Thank you, AAMCO Jackson, for such a fantastic experience!

As a self employed business owner, I am dependent on my vehicles for me and my team. My trucks transmission lost 3rd and 4th gear while working in Vicksburg and I was just getting my llc up and running. I took my truck to two other shops and was misdiagnosed, lied to, given the run around and literally robbed for $2500. I decided to bite the bullet and go to one of the big names I hear so much about. I only wish I had done that as my first course of action. Will Arnold is as honest and reliable as any man can be. I was given an accurate diagnoses, a fair quote, extremely reasonable time line for repair and was charged less than what was expected. I am now in my truck on my way to bid a $10K job that would not be possible without the service of Will Arnold, Mellisa and the top tier techs at AAMCO in north Jackson! I am indebted to them and will always render their services when I am in need. Thank you guys so much. I use to put honest mechanics in the same class as Bigfoot and leprechauns. That is no longer the case. AAMCO is the answer. Take it from Poseidon, and trust the trident ?

This place is FANTASTIC! I went there for a second opinion after the crooked Nissan dealership told me my transmission needed to be replaced for $6,000. Thank goodness I did that, because AAMCO found that there was not one thing wrong with my transmission. If you want an honest & highly competent car shop that’s reasonably priced, this is the place to go! They also work on other car issues besides transmission.
