Zach, has awesome customer service skills. I was greeted at the door by him, I went in to purchase earbuds and when I told him I wanted to upgrade. He showed the IPhone 16 Pro Max. I was well pleased with his demonstration about the phone. I purchased it right away.

Hello as entering the store I only had a short time to wait which I appreciated it then I was approached by a sales representative which was very nice and helpful I left the store in a short while fully satisfied with the company and the representative that assisted me thank you very much

I'm pretty sure the AT&T store is actually a highly sophisticated escape room. The goal? To leave with a working phone and without adding five unnecessary accessories to your bill. The clock starts ticking the moment you walk in. Clues are subtly hidden in the sales pitches, and the final puzzle involves deciphering the fine print. I almost got stumped on the 'do you want the phone insurance that covers acts of God but not spilling coffee on it' question. I managed to escape, phone in hand, but I'm still sweating a little. My only regret is I didn't get a t-shirt that says 'I survived the AT&T Store.’

Torry was very helpful! Even though it's more convenient to go to the Clinton store because that's where I live, we always go to this location because everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Torry greeted me as soon as I walked up, knew exactly what the problem was when I explained what was wrong with my phone, then fixed it within a matter of minutes. He did a wonderful job assisting me!

The representative was kind and while I wasn't able to get the phone I wanted in store (Z Flip 512 GB Yellow) he helped me order it on my account and find accessories for my device with no problem. He was kind and I didn't feel silly for not knowing answers to basic questions with them.
