I appreciate the service team. They make sure that your concerns are met. If you have a problem they work to get it resolved and Steven is amazing. He is the reason I keep coming back to Audi Of Jackson. A good service advisor goes a long way with me.

The whole vehicle search and purchase was pain free and completed in a timely manner. Every request was addressed and handled easily without too much back and forth. Very satisfied with my deal and my beautiful car!

Absolutely worst Audi dealership in the USA.
Good luck getting someone on the phone for an appointment. Tammy the desk lady just sends you over to voicemail every time. Reviewed this dealership 8 months ago and all the scary stories are true. They will take your money and that’s a wrap.
If you want any answers, just go into the shop.
Don’t waste your time for a phone call back.
I’ve had better communication with other dealerships. Ritchey automotive of Jackson is a freaking joke. They’ve been struggling for months on end. If you think paying for a prestigious car will get you better service, think again.
This is your warning. Run. Don’t walk.
Shop somewhere else. Don’t be like me and spend over 12k in repairs. And still having issues. It’s a money pit.

If I could give a 0, I would. I have never been treated so unfairly in my life when trying to purchase a vehicle. My husband asked me to look around at Audi for the vehicle I want for my birthday. I went to the Audi of Jackson, MS and was greeted by Kyle. Kyle asked me what I was looking for and my budget. I told Kyle that I was unsure of the budget at the time because if I like something then I will get it. He went on to say “everyone has a budget, can you purchase a $100,000 vehicle?” insinuating that I could not. Then I stated that I wanted to look in the Q3 and Q5 to decide which one was best for me. Kyle then stated that I could look at the vehicle from the window inside the building. From the start, Kyle approached me as if he was ready to help. With that attitude, I am surprised that he works at such a prestigious car dealership. If these are the type of people Audi employs then I will take my coins somewhere else.

So I had my vehicle towed to the dealership on 7-29-2024 because I ordered a key fob from them and needed it programmed.Shortly after my vehicle arrived I got a phone call from the technician MOSES stating he was about to start working on my key fob. I didn’t hear back from him so the next day I called for an update. Moses informed me that my key was ready but my shifter was broken and was basically trying to blame it on the tow guy. He told me it would $199 to diagnostic the problem and it would go towards my repair. I had just spent $378 on the key and $242 for the programming. So at first I was like go ahead and I thought about it and said no I’m on my way there. So my husband (a mechanic) went with me. When I made it there I told MOSES I needed to speak with someone to see what happened to my vehicle. He pretends to go talk to the technician and then MOSES come back making up an excuse to what happened still blaming it on the tow guy. He noticed I was recording him and ask me was I recording him. So I told him I’ll have my truck towed back home tomorrow. So as we are walking out my husband stopped by my vehicle cranks it and tries to shift it but it wouldn’t shift. He takes the cover off to realize these LOW DOWN people had unplug my shifter. IT WAS NOT BROKEN. I was going to buy a new vehicle from them for my birthday in September but after this I will NEVER go there again. If visiting Audi of Jackson BEWARE of MOSES and his little technician buddy

Definitely not satisfied with Audi in Jackson, MS. For one it sometimes takes them days to return calls they personally need their own receptionist to answer the phone and take appointments for customers. I am not sure if the service guy answers the phone and service the cars in the service center, but calling a place of business and having no one answer calls or take 2--3 days to return calls is very unprofessional. Secondly, why have they STOP issuing loaner vehicles to customers? Especially customers who are driving miles to have their car serviced? This service was offer 1-2 years ago I am not sure why they stopped it. If I am driving miles to have my car service I do not expect to sit there for a couple hours until it's finish and the Uber service in Jackson is horrible. Please look into these complaints for your customers. Thank you.

Service department & management deserves 0 stars. Waited 4-6 weeks for an appointment. Guy at service desk is so rude and his lack of care for paying customers nearly had me in tears after dropping my car off. After a full week of them having my car we can’t get anyone on the phone. Called for 3 days, left voicemails & messages. Called the manager and someone even above that. Not one message returned or update on my car. My car with 3 recalls on it, at that. Finally went in there and picked it up since nobody would answer us and not one thing had been looked at or done to it. AFTER HAVING AN APPT. They also didn’t have a loaner vehicle either. Heather is incredibly rude and didn’t offer a single sorry about not returning a single message. David Brown also doesn’t return a call. We will be driving my car to Baton Rouge for service where they are much more friendly and never purchasing any car that needs service at Ritchey automotive again. Ever. Absolutely hellish experience.

Terrible, terrible, terrible service. My car has been at the dealership in Audi. Jackson for 14 days haven't received only one phone call back. Still no status on my car or no status on a loaner . Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible service. At the audi dealership in jackson mississippi

I have had a bad experience since getting my vehicle serviced at the Audi Jackson, every time I call Heather in service she is.never available to take my phone calls. For a simple oil change or any type of service, the appointment is 1 month out. They never have loaner vehicles. If you are considering an Audi, trust me don’t do it because Audi Jackson will not get your vehicle in to be serviced. This has been my experience for 2 years.
