Do not !!!!!! Go here they have no idea what they are doing lied and said they did a diagnosis but didn’t truck in worse shape than it was before I mean do not do not go here and they charge you crazy prices for work they lied about truck stayed for 4 days and it still was not fixed I do not recommend this place at all runnnnnnn if I could give it zero stars my husband spent 800 dollars and it still is not running do not go here

Hear me and hear me loud and clear — these people do trash work. They couldn’t even handle putting on a simple coolant hose without completely wrecking my car. When they were “done,” my coolant was mixing with my oil — and their excuse? “It’s a standard issue with the car.” Yeah, right. LIARS. My check engine light stayed on, and now my car doesn’t even run.
They couldn’t diagnose a basic throttle body problem, wouldn’t even bother clearing engine codes after the fix, and to top it off, whoever moves the cars around clearly hit something in mine. Of course, they swore up and down it was like that when I brought it in — complete nonsense, because I’ve never hit anything in any car I’ve owned.
And don’t get me started on their “test drives.” They joyride in your car, burn up your gas, and go grab food in it. I know because I’ve found their Sonic peppermints and napkins left behind on my seats more than once. They treat people’s cars like their own personal junkers.
If there was a way to give them zero stars, I would. You’d honestly be better off watching a YouTube tutorial and doing the work yourself than letting these clowns anywhere near your vehicle.

I wouldn’t highly recommend I got my car fix for an oil leak and spark plugs they chargers me over 3000 dollars then my car over heats and they say bring it back so they put more spark plugs in and chargers me over 1000 it’s 2 months later and I need more spark plugs because they put them in wrong. Took them 4weeks to fix my car and it is still messed up!!! They are just money hungry and don’t know how to fix a dam thing!!!!!

I DONT RECOMMEND!! Got the run around my car has been in shot for a month and I was the one calling for updates. Got charged 800$ for tune up and car still isn’t running. Got told it was a dead cylinder head going to another shop for second opinion. This is not a good business I do not recommend. Mr Gary Store Manager.

My experiences I have with this company have been great. The owner is very detailed with explaining the issue with your vehicle. The does well by checking up on the work that was done. If need financing there is help with that also. I do recommend the services from his shop.

I was struggling to find a mechanic who worked on European vehicles. I stumbled across this shop during a low point of struggle. One call to Gary and he told me to bring it in and he’ll look at it. The problem was diagnosed within 24hrs. Gary communicated with me to let me know the progress as they were working on my vehicle l( this is major because it’s something you don’t normally get). Very professional. Very understanding. Very affordable! Stop in and give these guys your business— they deserve it! Definitely will be my number one shop from now on

Over price… will take advantage of you if you allow them…Took my car here for a gear shift replacement. Unbeknown to me there was a $109 diagnostic fee. I was unaware about the fee. I did not want a diagnostic, I already knew what was wrong with my car.So, he completed the diagnostic and told me about several repairs I needed. The total was $1,400. I asked how much for only the gear shift replacement, he stated $451… which included the diagnostic cost.I paid the $109 for the diagnostic and had my car repair at the Buick dealership in Jackson.There was no diagnostic charge. It was only $240… taxes included.I don’t understand why some car mechanics try to get over on you… sad ?

Took my car there for oil leak and they told me I needed a water pump, breaks and rotors. Car was supposed to be ready in two days but didn’t get it back until after 2 weeks. Poor communication and given run around. After two weeks of getting my car back my motor is locked. Mind you the car has never ran hot at all prior to taking it to them

They installed an alternator that failed in two weeks. They agreed to have the car towed to their location from Firestone, but they have not communicated anything since except that if it is not the alternator I would owe for tow and repair. How would I know what they found?
