My car repairs are completed in a timely fashion, and the customer service was outstanding. Every time I called, they were available to answer my questions and he noted it with insurance without having me get involved. Highly recommend.

CarStar has taken care of my cae repairs unfortunately twice in one year. Despite the need for their service they have wonderful customer service and are responsive to your questions. I truly have no complaints.

We had to have both of our cars repaired last month. All the folks at Car Star have always been helpful and friendly and done a great job on our repairs. I hope we don't have to use them again, but we won't hesitate taking our vehicles back to Car Star if needed.

Took my honda there for a repair. They were very straight forward and honest! Very easy to understand, very helpful and by Tuesday was car was fixed within 2 hrs. Like she wasn't even in an accident! Praying for no more accidents(knock on wood) but if I do I know where to take her. THANK YOU CARSTAR!!!

Hi, this is the second time that I have used Carstar for body work on my vehicle . Each time they have been very professional. Jamie is a jewel to wrk with, he's very polite. They do GREAT wrk and clean it up before they return your vehicle. Lastly, when I drop my vehicle off Mr. Willie gave me a ride to work, and when they were finish with my vehicle, they delivered it to me because I was working late that day! ! 5 STARS 4 CARSTAR!!!I 💙🤍👏👏

I would definitely recommend Carstar Autoworks. I recently chose them to repair two of my vehicles and I was very satisfied with the quality of their work and the amount they charged. They were friendly, professional, friendly and thorough. They even had a driver transport me to and from their shop in Jackson, Mississippi.
