Communication throughout the entire process was helpful and efficient (estimator Jamie in particular), I never had to leave a message or wait for a call back. My car’s repairs met expectations and I appreciate the cleanliness of the interior of my car once it was returned. Hopefully I won’t need any additional repairs anytime soon, but if I do, I definitely will be returning and I will recommend CARSTAR to friends and family as needed.

The professionalism shown by Jamie and staff was outstanding. Jamie explained exactly what to expect and recommended the best option to get my vehicle restored. They were so professional, answered all my questions, provided reassurance and guidance when I was unsure of what the next steps would be. The work on my car was done in a timely manner.
