All the other reviews mention rudeness or slow service. This is an incredibly busy AutoZone. They serve many many repair shops in the area including ours and are constantly running around to get things done. These guys have been nothing but good to us, ordering parts in, giving tips on vehicles they've worked on, and making sure we had what we needed when no other shop would get it to us. The wait is worth it.

Bad customer service experience. Call the store for a quote on an item and quickly told me up there and do a price check myself. Who tells their customers that? Also the guy who answer the phone was rude,had an attitude and hung up in my face. That's sad only because we wanted a price check

Called and the people were very rude answered the phone and had to wait for them to stop talking and playing and laughing to assist me and then when they said they would put me on a short hold they hung up on me. I will not be calling them back for anything

i called there several times and was put on hold no one ever can to the phone. after making several attempts i then waited a while and called back to have a salesperson answer the phone and yell in it that she has to take care of the people in the store, well i feel that the proper way to answer the call was to say could you hold please, t the store owner really need make sure he is hiring the right people for the job before he goes out of business because i will never go there again, and really train your workers how to answer a phone on a job not like they are at home
