I had quite a few complicated problems and issues. Nickey, Tesha, and Trisha helped me for over an hour and a half! They were incredibly professional, nice, and helpful! This is definitely the best BankPlus around.

Worst Bank service. The teller lady behind the counter was very rude. When you hand over your money, be sure to count your money twice or three times because she may take your money and say that you're short even if you have the correct amount. Beware of people like this and be careful. I hope and people in charge look at the camera footage and do something.
