When I tell you that this bank plus of workers are so ruled and not helpful at all. All african american women. I didn't lose my cool at all! My coworker experience the same thing I did. She tried opening up an account but yet again the rudeness came I'm from the workers! The staff there doesn't greet you nor give a smile even if it's a fake smile. I travel all the way to another Bank Plus and I tell you the staff is awsome and very polite. I'm not racist but the white staff at Colony Square is very helpful and polite! It's my own color who have the problem ! I just had to get this off my chest.

The heavyset AA lady at the commercial drive thru is ALWAYS staring at her phone when I pull up. I’ve stared at her for a while multiple times before having to press the call button. It’s atrocious service.

I felt mistreated and thought Ms. Carr was very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I’m never visiting this branch again!!! I might even close my account with them. She failed to ask adequately assess my needs and seemed to want to charge me $5 for a new debit card without finding out if it was not working due to no fault of my own.

Currently waiting in line. No greetings, unfriendly staff. Unprofessional, don't even acknowledge the customers. Still waiting, also staff is ghetto. One line. Last time coming to this branch.

Customer Service here is horrible. They don't greet you nor do they thank you. I'm not sure if the video screens work on the outside because no one ever says anything. I've been there yesterday and waited for more than 25 minutes to deposit only 4 days collection, Mr Markeia, who was on window he got my collection and put it beside and he is serving others, the three cars came after me and they already clear their transactions and I am still waiting and I can see behind the window the lady who think she is the boss, she came to pick the view what I was acting then few staff also came round and at the end I have to press the button for call and then when I said how long it is going to be because I see other comes and gone then Markeia said it's already nearly finish. After he finished, he hands over the other tall person who work in front of manager's office, he is good and he said thanks too. Ms Laura I was observing for some time, and every time I come there is, few, who don't act properly and think they got some problems to serve me. Where I am working now is not my property, otherwise I defiantly closed my account with this branch and take my business elsewhere. Major improvements on quality customer service needed.

This branch of BankPlus totally lacks class. I've been using BankPlus for 8 years, although not this branch so much. I went to this Branch to get a cashier's check to buy a property, but I had to wait upwards of an hour to an hour and a half get the exact amount from my title company. I had a pleasant conversation with the security guard. However shortly thereafter, that same security guard told me "It's going to get busy around 11:00 am, so I'm going to have to ask you to leave. I'm just doing my job. If I don't ask you to leave, management will be upset with me." That is the rudest thing that ever happened to me in a bank in my entire lifetime. So I went out to my vehicle and waited there for about 20 minutes until I received the phone call I was waiting for. The interesting thing was that it never even got busy as the security guard suggested. There were only a few people in the branch. There must be something wrong with the water at this location... These people don't know the meaning of customer service. I suggest you stay far away from the Adkins branch of BankPlus...
