I walked kindly greeted both of the ladies there. Neither one of them spoke to me. Nor did they offer any assistance for me. But I as I exited they spoke to the couple that was coming in. They offered them help. Why doesn’t all customers get the same treatment???

Security made us feel welcome, I forgot her name, but she was going above and beyond her call of duty on her job. She asked if we needed help and even helped us look for a size boot cause we were kind of lost. Thank you, Mrs. Security!
