Sharie was extremely helpful in selcting some work boots for me. It was near closing time and I knew I didn't have much time to look around. She assured me that time was not an issue and made sure that I didn't settle for anything that wasn't a perfect fit. The store is packed full of boots and if you're buying boots for work or dress, this is the only place to go.

Jess has always took good care of me and my family when purchasing boots or clothing from their High St store or at Florence. They have the best selection I've seen of any boot store within 1000 miles. If you have a receipt and there's a problem they'll stand behind their products and warranty them to the best of their ability. Go talk with them before posting negative comments. I trust they'll do everything they can to resolve an issue.
