This is a phone store that will not answer the phone and when they do they just hang up. I guess they want you either call another store. How hard can it be to answer the phone? I have been hung up on 3 times today.

The young ladies that greeted me at the door were very friendly, helpful and very polite. I was there to change my phone plan. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

I ordered my new phone online. Instead of shipping to my address in PASS CHRISTIAN they sent it to this store location. Why?? I have no clue. Not even Cspire does! I have been trying to get in contact with the manager to have my phone shipped to my address to the right address that was provided at checkout! I left a voicemail and never returned my call. I called Cspire again & they told me they were not sure where my phone was & as of now the shipment has been delayed. Why??

Sold me a refurbished phone didn't specify that it didnt come with headphones. The phone services were consistently slow or not operating up to par. I paid for the highest prepaid plan to ensure I get decent coverage and didnt not for ten days. I called several times to inquire about key issues I had with the phone like the constant disconnecting of the wifi while I'm at home trying intentionally not to use my data. My other devices were not down so it seems to be a service issue. I received several unwanted calls for a Joshua as if I had been given someone else's phone. I paid 442$ for the phone and services on the 4th of April and return to the store on the 13th for a resolution. I really feel a person should be completely satisfied when spending that amount of money to become a new customer. Customer service is lacking tremendously. No one cared to solve the issue or listen in detail as to what the issues were. I'm the nicest person when it comes to these types of things because I do know it's not the employee who make the rules or policy. However I do feel the management didnt think highly of me and was not to happy of me retuning with my phone and telling him the service was not good for me. He was smug unfriendly and seem to have given me the hardest process of refund. He told the representative that he could only refund me $323.99 of the money back because prepaid gets no refund on the time used is what he said. Okay. It's not my fault I could not use the phone as intended. I didn't tell him that but honestly how can you find it right to charge someone for wanting to do business with you by allowing you to provide them service. You failed your end of the bargain. Not me. I paid to get kicked in the behind and treated like a begger.They treated me as if I was in for the money and I still have not to recieved my refund 11 days after they told me it would take 3-5 days for it to be back into my bank account. Now they are saying talk to my bank. Ive worked in banking for the last 8 years. I have worked thoroughly in every department there is including ops which is where deposit first are reviewed and made available. I did this for a living. There is no way it takes this long for a refund and was as nice as a person can be with a situation that has cost me time and money with the most snobbish condescending attitudes in customer service. This is just wrong and I really hope that I can speak with someone who cares.
