The worse Cspire store I ever visited. Everyone in the store should be fired, they unprofessional from manager to employees. Customers are why their in customer service but what do I know. Byram store handle the same issue I had with no problem and no attitude or any of the rift raft.

The people at c spire are very helpful. You have to go in store at this location because it's a corporate branch and all small stores do not have access to their information but well worth the trip

Disastrous Phone Purchase Experience at C Spire, 4864 I-55, Jackson, MS 39211
My mother recently attempted to purchase a new phone for me as a Christmas gift at C Spire, 4864 I-55, Jackson, MS 39211, and the entire experience was incredibly negative.
Upon entering the store, the sales associate immediately asked me to retrieve my phone from my car. While I was away, he attempted to steer my 83-year-old mother towards an overpriced plan ($45/month), claiming it was the cheapest option for a free phone deal, raising concerns about potential attempts to take advantage of her age. I knew this was incorrect, having already researched and found a similar deal online for $25/month.
The sales associate charged my mother's card for the full price of the phone, activation, and service before completing the necessary steps. We were left waiting without explanation, and when we inquired, he rudely stated that we would wait until he finished, implying that our time was unimportant. This lack of transparency and professionalism was unacceptable. Instead of acknowledging my information, the associate abruptly walked away without a word to engage with other customers. I waited patiently, feeling increasingly ignored. When I inquired about the delay, he responded rudely, implying I was wasting his time with questions.
The store manager was present throughout the entire interaction and witnessed the sales associate's unprofessional behavior. Despite this, she chose to remain inactive and did not intervene. When I requested a refund, her dismissive response of 'Okay, but it's going to be a minute' further demonstrated a lack of concern for resolving the situation.
Frustrated and feeling disrespected, I expressed my desire to leave without the phone. However, as it was a Christmas gift from my mother, she insisted on proceeding. This resulted in an unfortunate disagreement with store security.
This incident left my mother feeling stressed and upset, and it has severely damaged my trust in C Spire. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with C Spire's customer service. I will not be recommending their services to anyone.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this phone store, and it all comes down to the appalling management. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with indifference and unprofessionalism. The store was understaffed, and the employees who were present seemed as if they had no idea what they were doing or what services were being offered. It was clear that the management had not properly trained or supported their team.
I tried asking a few questions about products and services, only to be met with vague answers and a complete lack of knowledge. The manager, who was standing right behind the counter, didn’t seem to care at all. They were more focused on their phone or paperwork than helping customers. It was honestly infuriating to witness such poor leadership, especially when the store seemed chaotic and disorganized.
The only saving grace of my visit was the repair technician, who was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He quickly fixed my phone and explained everything thoroughly, making me wish the rest of the store had even a fraction of his customer service skills.
The management clearly needs to step up or step out. They’re dragging down what could be a great store with their incompetence. I’d never recommend this place based on how poorly it's run, and I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere in the future. If it weren’t for the repair technician, I would’ve walked out without any hesitation.

They destroyed my yard twice installing the fiber optic cable including cutting my utilities all save power. I was forced by availability to go with their service. It has been less than optimal. What I pay for as to internet speed varies widely over course of the day. I frequently lose wifi to my phone in my house. It’s the better of 3 poor options. AT&T is the worst followed by Spectrum. As to customer service, it is abysmal.

I really appreciated the kindness and time Joshua took today, he’s in training and had to deal with a port situation on my end that was totally new for him and he was out of his element but handled it with class ,my only criticism of the store would be to show a little understanding that people in any field of study or work environment have to learn the process and at some point we are all new at something. I observed the other employees interaction with Joshua and the energy they gave off (with the exception of the store mgr she was lovely) was that they just couldn’t be bothered by Joshua and his questions and that was sad to see. So please remember you were all new at one point and show some patience with Him and your future hires , thank you all so much and god bless you.

People were friendly, but I only wanted to pay a bill. I had to sign in and wait longer than I needed to . Upon entering, they should have asked what my need were as they had a payment machine, and I could have been in and out quickly .
