I usually don't visit this store much about two times a year because it's always overcrowded line long and the customer service could be a lot better. But today was a really good day. I was able to find what I needed. The store was not crowded, and the young lady at the register seemed very concerned about my situation and helped me with a decision before my purchase. A lot of things can be found here if you are willing to scope out the entire store.

This lady is always rude to me. Whenever I enter the store she tell her coworkers she is leaving. The employees acts outrageous, very disrespectful. Why does she wear a shirt like this one and works at the counter, checking customers out. Poor customer service when the supervisor is not there. This young lady works at the North State Street location.

Covid has been over for a long time, trying to school shop for 3 kids. While the dressing room is closed for no apparent reason is beyond me ??. Poor management very poor service , inventory is also none existent. I’m very close to giving up on this company as a whole not just this location.

My daughter & I came to ur store on 1/5/23 around 6pm to put in 2 layaways. The lady who rings up customers items was on her phone cursing & slamming down customers items as well as mines, I left the store after buying a charger…very rude the worse experience I’ve ever encountered at this store, she hates her job, I won’t be returning to this citi trends sadly, I’ll start going to the one by Ridgeland Northpark mall!
