Comcast customer service over text or phone is horrible. The person there was helpful but really couldn't help me with my problems with Comcast.im actively looking into a new ISP.

Bills change to higher amounts and no one can explain why. No customer service credits, just pay the high bill or your service gets interrupted. Smh

Loosing business due to business phone not working AGAIN! Am I expected to pay for the service in full each month? Of course. Choosing Comcast has cost me WAY more by lost calls than the price of the monthly service. I’m dumping this service first chance I get!!!!!4/12/23 9:30 A.M.Internet service down again. No landline phone, no credit card machines. My business looses money every time this happens. Why would I want to pay for a service that causes me to lose money on a regular basis?
