My son dropped his cell phone this morning and the screen went dark. However, he could get texts, calls and play music. I just couldn’t control it. Breanna at CPR Repair took care of it and got it fixed within an hour!

Called and got a quote on a repair. Drove there to drop off the device but when I got there the price went up over $150. Very disappointing, However I found another place less than 2 miles away with better prices. I wouldn't reccomend this place based on my experience.

Terrible. Held my laptop for a month without any updates. I PERSONALLY HAD TO CALL for updates and they dropped my laptop. Ordered a new screen which took about a week and a half to get and put on. HOW DOES THE NEW SCREEN HAVE A CRACK??? Didn’t transfer my data over as promised since they claim that they couldn’t fix it. I come today to pick it up ALONG WITH THE HARD DRIVE. I was told that they couldn’t transfer the information. Why was I not informed this when I contacted you March 28, 2023 @3:02pm? On top of that why weren’t you honest at first about my laptops situation? Laptop still can’t turn on.

Terrible customer service. I took a iPhone with a cracked screen got back a non working cell phone. It had a crack in the back bent and a crack on the side. They stated the touch on the motherboard went out.

They had my sons switch for 3 weeks when they said it would initially take 24-48 hours to repair. The young lady didn’t give me my $10 off discount even though I was told she would. I called several times to check on the status of my sons Nintendo switch, only to be told it would be ready the next day and they would call me once it was ready. Well I’m still waiting for them to call me because I ended up waiting a few more days and calling then for them to tell me it was ready. When I go into the store to finally pick up my item, I’m told he can’t give me the $10 because “he’d want to know why he didn’t charge me for the case” so he would have to void the whole transaction and would have to charge me for the controller case that he used ( that’s not even brand new, it’s missing the soft piece off of the joystick and it’s scratched up) and I would have to pay full price for it and he could refund me the $10. At that point I just wanted my sons game and to get as far away from that store as I good. He hands me the game with one of the controllers on it and tried to hand me the other one… well it wasn’t the one I brought into the store. I tell him, that one isn’t mine and it’s the one that goes on the same side that you replaced. He goes and finds “the shops” controller and says, I’ll just order the shop a new one, and puts it on my device. The overall experience was horrible. I will buy another switch or take it someplace else before going back there.
