The associate Akedra A. was very polite friendly and helpful, But I Still was not able to get my mobile number Activated on the new mobile I purchased else where... So I have paid for 2 sim cards I am not able to use and I am still not able to use my second mobile line that I usually use for work, that I am still paying for the service to use... I think it is extremely disrespectful and Unappreciative that a customer Such as myself, who has been with the cricket as long as I have, With as many lines as I have, Cannot get a free mobile upgrade from/with cricket. The two stars are only for the polite customers associate Akedra A. @ cricket on Woodrow Wilson...Cricket itself has no benefits, gratitude or respect for long term customers.

Came in to pay my bill and they couldn't make 80 dollars in change. I understand tye need for security but it's nonsense that you sell electronics and provide phone services but can't even provide 80 dollars in change that even a gad station could cover.

I went there with a friend have phone problems. They weren't much help. If you don't have Ins then its over. But you pay for Ins at these companies to only when you need it. You still end up paying a lot, or waiting for them to mail you a phone!!!
