The most unprofessional location. My son and I arrived at 6pm, just to pay on my bill. We were greeted and that it. We were there 30 mins until I decided to leave, without paying my bill. This is one one reason I try not to do anything in Jackson.

Melisa is a very compelling lady. Friendly and very kind to all. Seems to be the type of person all phone companies would be proud to have as a boss. I went there she was very honest, forthcoming about all the phones and very helpful. So i bought a great phone and switched from metro pcs in which the service wasn't that great at all. But now i can go in walmart and make calls. Thank you melisa, and if anyone is in need of great service and a beautiful smiling face.... Go to cricket wireless on ellis ave. Ty all

Phones are low priced, service is AT&T just under the Cricket name. No tax or fees. Great service. I have two phones and pay exactly $70 a month, can't beat that!

I was on my way to being a loyal customer until I discovered I'd been purposefully deceived. I lost my phone $19..No big deal..Just go get another one. I went into this store. As Im getting the exact phone..Im told there will be an UPGRADE FEE of $25 for the same phone..but its really an activation fee, because there's no other way to activate the phone. When I asked if I could do it myself? The answer was no. When I asked if Cricket online could do it the answer was no. When I asked if I purchased the phone any other way, online or at another retailer would i be faced with the same problem the answer was yes..After getting home and feeling as id been deceived..I called the cricket 800#..Turns out I did have other options. I couldve purchased the phone anywhere & had it activated for free. After finding this out I called this store back. I talked to the same person who sold me the phone & when I explained to her how she purposefully deceived me when I asked questions any paying customer would..Her response was " Eventhough your right & you did ask me all the right questions..I don't have to tell you anything"...If anyone chooses to do business at this location.. Know that if the young lady Melissa Palmer meant to deceive me..anyone else who works there has been probably trained to do so as well. Ill continue to do business with Cricket but not at this location. And she Is one of the ones giving the place 5 stars...Pathetic.
