Have visited this location in a long time actually was surprised I enter the wrong location too pickup my order. Sometimes people have a bad day just remember it's know reflection of who you are remember to be kind anyway. CVS still a great place to do business even if one person having a unpleasant moment.

The pharmacist refused to refill part of my prescription eventhough she has it in stock. When I expressed how life threatening it is for me to continue to go without my medication she told me to call my insurance company and tell them
Then she hung up in my face. I called back to explain to her that I had not said anything inappropriate to her and asked that she not hung up on me because I needed further assistance she hung up.

If I could leave no stars I would. The pharmacist is the most rudest, and unprofessional pharmacist I have ever dealt with. Every single information she gave me was a compete lie, one minute I have insurance the next I don’t have insurance. One minute I need a prior authorization and the next minute I don’t. I have been trying to get my prescription filled for four days (the same medication I get every month at my normal pharmacy was on back order). So I came here and I wish to god I woulda went anywhere but here. Her attitude sucks and so does her hair!!!

The pharmacist at this store is so rude and underlying rude. Frenchie is awful and I can’t stand to talk to her! I’d rather bleed out slow that to devils music than deal with her.

The 2 associates present was absolutely rude. After waiting for someone at register, noticed the 2 standing in back. Asked if I could get some help, neither responded just walked up front. Young lady with blond braids walked up and started helping a customer who came after me. The other associate said nothing but my total amount. Look at your video to observe this poor service given. On the other hand with all the negative reviews CVS as a Company just don't give a Damn.

I just called the CVS and got through right away. If I have any problems I'll update but I think things must have changed.
