I visited drive thru today around 4pm. The cashier and manager had horrible attitudes. I wanted to add to my order the cashier refused. When I asked why she became rude stating "I don't make the rules" note the fact I'm the only customer in line at this point. I pull around again she gets upset and sends someone else which is the manager to the window. This lady was worse! I felt like I was a burden spending my money at this location. Customer service training is need ASAP! To top it off they gave me cold food.

I stop an got a chicken strip box an hour ago an for the first time I was pleased the lady at the window had a nice attitude an the service was good I stop coming because the last time the crew an manager had nasty attitudes an acted like they didn't want any business it a total 360 degree change great job

The last time I went there my food was cold and my drinks were hot and ice cream melted I don't know what was going on but I know there are too many kids in there that's not doing their job but I just recently went there a week ago and the service was fine i only got a Root beer float and it was deliciously made so it must have been the person's working that day my food was ridiculous and service too.

Over the weekend around 9:30 pm my grandfather ordered a Carmel pecan blizzard when we got to the window he asked for extra pecans in a cup the lady gave him his ordered and he asked about the extra pecans she got a attitude and said I mixed them in the cup and I didn't charge u for them he told her that's not how he wanted it and she got a attitude and said the same thing back over and slammed the window in his face and then there was no Carmel in it period I don't care what she gave him for free that's his money and he should be able to purchase what he wants not what somebody just wants to give him she has a very discussing attitude corporate I hope u see this because the way she treated my grandfather was unacceptable I wouldn't give this business any stars if a employee has a mouth and attitude like that then the person don't need to have a job serving customers period dq at this location will neva get my business again because I could've got real rude back for the way she treated him but my grandfather asked me not to because he's sick
