Hello everyone, I DoorDash in our shop at this Dollar General sometimes and today I DoorDash, but one of the things I like about this Dollar General is how clean it is and how well organized it is I DoorDash a lot of at other Dollar General around Jackson, Mississippi., but I must say this one is well up kept I mean, yes some of the shelves are scarce with items, but it is so neatly organized. Another thing is I love the associates. Great Customer Service skills that makes it amazing. When I walk in the store the associates are always speaking and respectful and polite.

Just left this store and let me tell youuuuu . I LOVED IT . Never have I ever seen a Dollar General so organized cleaned and great positive vibe . Will definitely make this my Number One from now on no cap !!!

Just left this dg location and it's in a state. Messes on the floor and looks like it's been ransacked. Never seen one like this even in Jackson. They never have anything and it seems like they goods are always in the back/never stocked. No one in sight. Don't if the we're working and just needed help or if they were hiding. Sad that this one was just built not long ago.

I visited the dollar general location on Watkins Drive in Jackson, MS December 4, 2021 at 7pm today. When I walked in, not only was I not greeted but the women working there were horribly rude. They were rude to every single customer that walked in there. The lady at the front counter kept walking off when I approached the register and she didn't even acknowledge that we were waiting on her. When she finally came back, I spoke twice to the woman at the front counter as she rang up my items and she wouldn't even speak back. Then she kept slamming my items as she rang my them up. The two women in there had THE WORST attitudes that I've ever seen! It is simple. If you know you have a horrible attitude, then customer service IS NOT for you! I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE AND I WILL ADVISE EVERYONE I KNOW TO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNTIL THIS ATTITUDE PROBLEM IS FIXED. CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT BE TREATED LIKE THAT!
