I went into this Dollar tree about 10:00 this morning I frequent this Dollar tree a lot I usually spend between $25 and $50 between each visit so as I walked in and I grabbed a couple of containers of fruit juice and then I reached over in the gondola with the empty boxes and grabbed an empty box and folded it out to see if it would be large enough to carry my products there was a short black lady wearing a camouflage shirt would not give me her name but did tell me she was the manager so I folded out the box to see if it would be large enough to hold what I was going to put in it the manager told me that I could not take boxes and I explained to her that all they were going to do with those the boxes away at that point she accused me of putting items in the box as if I was planning on theft I got exhausted of her rambling and just told her to take the damn box back as I was walking away from her she jerked my green basket out of my hands without any notice and told me to leave the store all I was planning on doing was shopping spending a little money and leaving the store anyway I am a 70 year old retired war veteran and I am disabled this was rude and conflicting attitude from this wannabe manager appears that she's got a problem with senior citizens I was not encouraged by this event

I went in and asked eternal water. There was none on the shelf, but I did see a box on the cart of items being put out. I typically purchase this water by the case from this dollar tree and have even gotten it off of the cart myself before. However before I grab it off carts I typically ask an associate if it’s okay where they will usually tell me to go for it. I go in today and do as normal proceeding to ask the associate if u can grab it from the cart. I walk up to this lady with a light green shirt. Doesn’t look like the normal green shirts most associated wear. So before asking if I can get the water, I ask if she works there. She stares at me with this nonchalant but very dumb expression barely answering if she works there. I proceed very nicely asking if I can get the water. She looks at me with a horrific attitude and says it’s none on the shelf! I say no, in my mind I’m thinking why the hell would I ask to get the least accessible water if there were some more accessible on the shelf. However I proceed to reply no there isn’t. She responds, I’m not doing all that just to get some water off a cart. I’m not moving the stuff stacked on top to get water. I’m looking at her like sooooo, I can’t get it?? She’s like I’m not doing that. I’m constantly saying ma’am I will get it. She’s like no.
I’m thoroughly confused because is your job not to sell merchandise! How dare you deny a sale because you're lazy? Smh worst experience here ever! Then every other associate acts as if they’re afraid of her. Smh this experience was beyond unacceptable!

This location has young unprofessional people working here . I Went in the other day and l had 4 items. Cashier charged me $12 and some tax. She ended up ringing my items and the lady behind me . When I got my receipt to see why my items were so expensive I realized what had happened. I explained to her the items she just charged me for belonged to the lady behind me and I wanted my money back . She looked at the receipt and said we don’t do refunds . I can’t explain the incompetence I encountered. Thankfully the manager eventually gave me my money back . Just pay attention when getting your items scanned. Not to mention the young cashier had an awful attitude when she realized what she did. No apology or anything . Got loud with me and threw my receipt down .

Decent enough Dollar Tree and since it is in a shopping plaza, there is plenty of parking. It is located between the Rainbow store and Roses.

Last attempt to shop, I was profiled because I was wearing sunglasses on a sunny day and had a bag from roses. I haven't been back and corporate don't care about complaints. I stop shopping here

Always junky! never clean. I usually receive good customer service but an older lady employee was checking me out and had a horrible attitude. It’s not my fault you pushing 60 if you’re not already and working at dollar tree. If you don’t like the job go else where

I went in to find some boxes that were needed, but I couldn't find any. It's hard to find things with boxes everywhere. I guess they were getting ready to stock, because there was hardly anything on the shelves.

They always have what I’m looking for! Plus some extras that I wasn’t looking for, but for $1.00 it makes the shopping a little easier to ‘try’ something, rather than $5 or $10 on something that isn’t worth the cost!
