Me and my wife decided to move to this location for a temporarily purposes and I can say it was a great decision. Mr. Corey and Mr. Boone are very attentive to the customer needs. Very helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this property for any patron

PLEASE BEAWARE of this hotel, I contacted this hotel to book a room due to me ans my husband being in town for a wedding.
Now when I called to see if any room was available.
The representative shared that for him to book a room with them we had to give our card information to hold the room and our card would NOT BE CHARGED,
AGAIN he said he just needed a card to hold the room.
Once we got to the location not even 20 mins later, we get notified by the FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE that there was no rooms to check us into and that we had to call and let them know that but that they should of already know that by looking into the system.
Plus we wasn't the only couple or family showing up to. Heck into rooms that they didn't even have.
We contacted the hotel number we called and basically was giving us a run around saying they do have rooms and to go to a telephone that's outside to check in.
AGAIN the front desk representative was ruining all over the hotel due to other family trying to check in and BTW they didn't even have king size beds which we was booked for.
The worst service ever, then as my husband is in the phone trying to let the customer service lady who we was speaking to to cancel our card due to no rooms available.
She tried to talk and talk and talk about finding another hotel which at that time was already 1 a.m. and all we wanted to do was find another hotel not associated with this hotel.
She informed us that our card WONT BE CHARGE AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW I WAKE UP NECT DAY AND 7/8 AM MY CARD STILL GOT CHARGED!!!
ITS BEEN A WEEK AND IM STILL WAITIMG ON MY REFUND!!!!
I WILL INFORM MY LAWYER WHAT I SHALL DO NEXT CAUSE THEY ARE JUST ROBBING PEOPLE!!!
IF I CAN GIVE TJIS A -0 STARS I WOULD
THE WORST OF THE WORST !!!!!

Corey is most amazing person!! He helped me when my card kept locking up and my reservation wouldn't go through... He took the time and fixed everything.. Thanks Corey?

The Front desk is very professional and helpful, I think her name is Ms. D’Vine, whenever I have had questions she makes herself available to answer any questions that I may have and if ever she is unsure the great hotel manager Mr. Corey will step in with the perfect display of teamwork to make sure I get the information needed, and on today I went with a matter and he already knew about it and resolved it!! Like how much better could this place get!! Now out of all hotels I have stayed at I have to brag on the housekeeping staff but to be exact, Ms. Shante Strong and Ms. Mercedes Jones!!! These two young women take their jobs very seriously and do a great job at it!! Whenever they see me just out and about, they make sure to check and even double check even if they already have to see if there is anything that I may need!! If there ever is anything needed, they have made sure on every occasion to make time to get things that I needed and most of all in a quick timely fashion!!!My stay here has been very pleasant and peaceful!!! The entire staff goes above and beyond to help with anything inside of their means!!! Definitely glad I chose this hotel I would give it 10 stars, so I would definitely recommend this hotel if you would like to get treated as a valued customer as well as receiving great room rates!! Thank you all so very much!!

My husband and I are currently residing here and the front desk staff members are GREAT... very helpful, respectful, and professional...Mr. Corey and Mr. Boone are the absolute BEST...we made a good decision when we chose this place.. HIGHLY

I was dissatisfied with my stay. I traveled to MS for a two-day medical conference, only to discover that my reserved room was unavailable. Sincerely, a disappointed customer.

They trash they keep switching owners and keep taking the prices up. The WiFi keeps going out and there trash has been picked up in months

Very nasty rooms the Room had dog hair all over the carpet and in the bathroom I had to go buy a broom and some odor ban for the room I will never stay there again or recommend anyone to stay at this location

Not everyone is rude but if you call to complain about ANYTHING, it's "not their issue" and you will be hung up on. Garbage flowing into the parking lot. Was told weeks ago they were just going through changes with companies. Elevator broken and because I'm on the 3rd floor with a big dog, I called to inquire when it was going to be fixed only to be greeted with attitude and again hung up on. Can't get a key card that works longer than 48 hours. So up, than down, than back up the stairs I go (because they want to make sure I pay my bill) in 100 degree heat because the elevator is not working nor their issue to fix... I understand I'm not in a 5 star resort but seriously get a grip. Put in my complaint with corporate but that's going to take 48 hours to process lol... I'll hold my breath waiting for a response/ call back

My family and I recently moved to Mississippi from Florida. My husband’s work is relatively close by the extended stay, so it made sense to stay at the extended stay. As newcomers we are to this state, we’ve learned that Jackson, ms as a whole isn’t the most safest place to stay. My experience @ this extended stay though is that they do have a security guard @ night to watch over the place for any dangerous activity that might take place. But! like every establishment they have their downfalls. I did notice garbage accumulating by the dumpster, not so sure what that’s about but it is a sore eye an embarrassment to the establishment and can potentially keep future visitors from wanting to stay or returning just by “word of mouth.” Another issue I’ve noticed is the smell of marijuana coming from rooms. It’s not the most pleasant smell to inhale when you’re just trying to walk to your vehicle. I’ve noticed other little things like the elevator malfunctioning @ times, the dryers not drying your clothes properly, the internet (WIFI) being down, the bathroom door not locking, stains on the carpet, the room not being thoroughly cleaned before paying for your stay, loud music coming from the parking lot, the beds being to firm with a very thin comforter and the room just overall having a weird smell. You will have to bring your own kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups etc. I guess the bright side to this extended stay is the security they have on duty at night. Jackson needs security, especially @ night.

If you just need a room ok but if you need internet fresh out of luck……………………. And the front desk workers straight rude as hell always has attitude. Been staying here for about a month time to move on
