Kellie and Vashti they were the best this is a 100% recommend fed ex to go!!! Kellie knew everything!!! I went to other Fed Ex offices and they told me my QR codes where not working but Kellie made it work she was fantastic!!!

Amber was absolutely wonderful. She helped me with a return and it was so easy. She was super kind and patient when I had to run toh car twice because I forgot something. (LOL) She was very busy with co-workers asking her questions - but she handled it all with grace while explaining/answering my questions about large print options. She also recommended I set up a business account. I was pleased with their speedy turnaround time as well. 10 out of 10. I normally use a store near my house but I will be making the extra trip from now on.

Super kind people. I was frustrated all day by other shipping companies. They took care of me. The automated system on the phone was dreadful. You can never replace real life human interaction.

My packages were delivered to the wrong address (not from this store). I did not know were to begin the search for them. The manager of store 1566 was amazing! Upon entering the store he saw my frustrated face and immediately approached me to help me. He made phone calls and started the process of recovering my packages. All with a very professional and reassuring attitude. Bravoooo for good service!!

Just stopped in to ship a very heavy Amazon return. I was waited on immediately and courteously, surprising me with the welcome and efficiency of the place. I found they are under new management - and it shows! Outstanding staff really make the difference.

Don't print brochures here.I designed the brochure myself, and then I worked with FedEx's online ordering tool. The tool said the print would be off and that I needed to move my middle image to the left and resize it a little and adjust the rest accordingly. I did such, and the tool showed that everything lined up beautifully, while also stating "Preview is representative only. A team member will review for quality and call you if necessary." OK - everything should be good. I could feel secure that this order would go through well.I did receive a call - it said the store I set for pickup (226 E Capitol St) didn't have a folding machine and the worker there would have to fold the hundreds of brochures by hand, which wouldn't be the best option, especially with the 1-2 day turnaround I was promised. Grateful for the thoughtfulness, I agreed to pick it up at another store - one that would be equipped to handle the order.A couple days later, I go and get the brochures, and the staff are very nice (they and the cleanliness of the store are the only reasons I didn't put 1 star). When I look at the product, there are white borders around the edge (not present in the design or preview) and the folds are beyond sloppy. They are not creased by a machine: many are rounded at best, and they fall in a different spot on each brochure (I have scribbled out names, but I did not alter the folds in these images). What's more, I notice that the fold where I open the front of the tri-fold to the left regularly crosses that image the tool told me to move to the left! No staff member, from either of the 2 stores that held this order, did as the website promised they would and notified me of this quality issue, not even as a courtesy when I picked the boxes up.I placed this order for my boss for a career fair that was coming up in less than a week, and these brochures that looked like they were printed by my 8th-grade friends and I when we were on the middle-school newspaper over a dozen years ago were all that we had as of the night before the event. How embarrassing.I did my best to salvage those that I could, taking the ones with the weakest folds and refolding them it so it looked like it intruded into the middle image less. However, more than half of them had folds that were so far into the picture or creased just tightly enough that they were useless. This order was hundreds of dollars and a waste.I will never trust FedEx with a job like this again.

The customer service is horrible here. They were very rude and sarcastic. I had a problem with not receiving a package and called to make sure it wasn’t a mistake at the hub. They instantly brushed me off and said to contact the seller. I’m pretty sure my package got lost in the process at the hub. Their strides were very nasty. FedEx should be more considerate about who they hire. Glad I’m a very calm person because of the way they talk to people this could have escalated to a bigger argument but I will not be shipping through them anymore. Very disappointed with the customer service!
