Came in to get wiring for a house and unfortunately they didn’t have the amount we needed in prepackaged rolls. So Candice unrolled and measured everything. She helped us out so much with this and had a positive attitude about it all. Then Chris from appliances came over to help and was very unprofessional and was telling Candice how she was doing it all wrong. My fiance was trying to help her roll the wire up and Chris was very rude and told him to stop. Then he walked off and left Candice to do it all. My fiancé helped her finish rolling it all up and taping it. If we ever need appliances, we will NOT be coming here so we don’t have to deal with Chris.

Barbara P was so pleasant and knowledgeable. She made the experience so pleasant I have been to other stores where you get no help they just point you to an aisle. She took her time and helped us find everything we needed. Give that young lady a raise

Called to see if they had the air filter that I need in stock, the lady that answered, and I asked her to look up the part number to check availability, she sighed and said hold on, guess she was transferring me since the phone started ringing, then I heard the phone being picked up and then abruptly hung up, I called right back, some other lady answered and just said "hold" both ladies are very rude in their tone and actions, I'm still on hold over 10 minutes now and someone just picked up the phone and put me back on hold! Very disappointing, you would think that maybe a manager would see that the phone was on hold for this long and see if they could help, could be that one of those ladies were a manager, either way, very disappointing! 14 minutes and 20 seconds on hold and a very nice lady answered and of course the product I needed is online only, a bit of a waste of time! Thanks

I'm upset. I did a return and they gave me a gift card for them. I don't hardly shop there. I paid with my debit card it should have been put back on my card. The weather has been raining or ice since it was delivered. I'm handicap and don't come out frequently.
