I was told by Home Depot that they were rejecting my first HONEST review of this issue with this vendor so here we go AGAIN!!! On June 1,2021 I ordered this product from THIS vendor on the Home Depo app in good faith & paid for the product. On June 17, 2021 a label was FINALLY generated BUT my product was NEVER recieved by UPS. My order was supposed to arrive on June 24,2021, but it is now July 13,2021 and no products!! Since then I have contacted Home Depo twice over this. The first time Home Depo tried contacting the vendor but got no answer. Supposedly they left a voice mail with my phone number to have the vendor contact me. NO response! So I contact Home Depot to have some satisfaction and get my product. I get an auto generated email saying they are looking into the issue as my response!!! I write the first HONEST review to be told it is rejected because I might drive business away....how is that being HONEST??? Since they won't allow an HONEST review on their website...here I am....

Taylyn and Diego were very helpful tonight. I was sent in with a list from my contractor. They helped me find everything I needed with smiles. They didn’t make me feel as if I was a burden on them. Their attitude and persistence were amazing. I will make sure I come back more often (instead of that other home improvement store). FIVE STARS!!

I went to get a new range microwave. Two employees standing right there talking about someone on break again. I said excuse me, they went to the other side of the counter. So I took pictures of the microwaves I was interested in. As we’re walking away she goes you need help. I said no cause obviously the coworker y’all were discussing weren’t the only one on break. The service was real nice, the young man helped us with ceramic tile by helping load our truck as well as in the store check more available of the tile. I am aware that his job but he was very polite and didn’t mind helping. We had been to another store prior without the service needed

Always get what I need at this Home Depot. For the most part every employee has always been very helpful. There has been times there were inexperienced employees that I asked questions and they didn't know the answer. Luckily they were honest and grabbed someone that knew instead of lying. That's big to me. Wish I remembered the employees name.

Hey The Home Depot, self checkouts should be OPTIONAL... I’m renovating a home, writing a list to come to your store, walking back and forth through your store looking for items (staff is always pleasant) fill my cart only to get to checkout line and ONLY self checkout is available... The Weekend Workshops they have for kids and adults. You’ll have to go to website of by there to find out what they are, but my 10 year daughter learned to lay tile and was super proud of herself. Ronnie JR in Jackson, MS is an awesome instructor.

There are a lot of BAD business in Jackson MS with bad customer service, but the homedepot there on I55 is the WORST, I understand me the WORST I have ever seen . The employees don't, won't work. Will not speak to You. I went out of my way to speak to, acknowledge an employee. They look me straight in my eyes and looked away. But I am giving you money to pay your bills. Today I waited 20 minutes, talk to one employee three times to have blinds cut to finally I'm the one that's stupid for staying here. To pay someone my money to ignore me. Left there went to Lowes down the street in an out 10 minutes. I had to pass Lowes to get to home Depot. I won't make that mistake again Home depot like so many other companies have given up on customer service, just give me your money and damn the any thing else.

Worst service we've ever encountered !! Husband & I Have personally made 4 trips to stores in area to purchase a piece of Outdoor carpet and been unable to get anywhere because "computer" won't work right (2 stores ? Different cities ?) tried to order from web page and sent to store. Tried the "live chat" who acknowledged product & gave me 2 phones to call. Called numbers & was referred back to local store !! Talked to a department manager this morning who referred us to the "contractors" line. Back to national & got no help. Lowes, Sutherlands & ANYONE else, here we come! Will NEVER use Home Depot again !

Honestly one of the worst Home Depot's I've been to in 4 states. No one seemed to know anything or even want to help. Had to track down 3 or 4 people just to leave frustrated. I even went to the Pro Desk and they knew nothing. I'll be going to Lowe's from here on out

I came here to get some wood cut. The staff was very helpful. One guy went out of his way to help me load the wood into my car. I have also had some keys made here and they worked every time!

I go here when I go to the Olive Garden in the front parking lot. To go north when leaving, must drive in front of the strip center and get back on County Line Rd. This store has everything you need in lumber/DIY store. Today, an employee took my list and we went around the store getting everything I needed. It saved so much time! He even custom cut a shade! Did have trouble with the self checkout, it kept saying to put item in the bagging area after I already had. They had to fix it 3 times. They rent trucks and equipment too.

For some reason, even though I spend a lot of time and money here, I'm just not as impressed with them as I am with Lowe's. It seems that the prices are slightly higher, or the quality is slightly off, either way, you aren't getting the best bang for your buck. That said, I have had a great experience with friendly staff here, they keep the store clean, and well stocked.
