I Did My Taxes With Jackson Hewitt For Nine Years.. My Experience This Time Wasn’t Good.. The Representative Did Not Put In My Direct Deposit Information To Receive The Federal Tax Refund.. I Will Not Be Filing My Tax Refund At This Location.. **UPDATE** I Received A Call On Yesterday And My Issue Wasn’t Resolve .. I Called My Back And They Stated My Account Is Active And No Reject Wasn’t Seen ..

The Staff is always friendly. It’s a location right up the street from me but I rather drive out to them because I know they will always be friendly and professional so it’s worth the drive .
