The lady cutting fabric was great. There were only 2 people working, it's Christmas time. The line was so long, we had to tuck our items away and went back later to purchase them.

Bad customer service. I'll go elsewhere from now on. My daughter placed an order for me to pick up. I went to the curbside spot and called inside the store. The young lady asked for the name and hung. I waited 15 minutes then left. No one came out or anything, etc. So I went back the next day to try again. This time a lady answered, I'm thinking the manager, and when I asked for curbside she said you must be here to pickup but not curbside because I have my hand held right here and it hasn't gone off so are you coming in. I went inside because it was my 2nd trip and waited in line but they've lost a customer.

This location really should stop offering curbside if they aren't going to bring the orders out. I waited in my car over 40 minutes before I finally went in. I shared with the cashier(sharon) that I had been waiting and she basically brushed over it, no apology or anything. This seems to be a regular occurrence at this location.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff.Everything I wanted was in stock- buttons, velcro, felt on a bolt so it was bigger than the squares sold at other craft stores. More useable for my needs. They also have oil skin by the yard.

This Joann's is a good location. A good bit of items were out if stock, but they are getting more in. The only issue I had was with the customer service rep. I asked a questions about a common item (a mat for my Cricut) and the gentleman at the register simply didn't know anything about what I was referring to and kind of rushed me on out if there.

I placed an order on 4/4/22 and I paid for Express Plus shipping. I received a partial order within the express timeframe. It has been ten days and my order has been all over the east coast. I have contacted someone at least three times a day for the last ten days and I am yet to get my items. I have been told lie after lie when all the csr and csr supervisor had to do was contact Fed Ex and let them know about the mistake on their end. These items are for a very special event. I will never patronize with them again and especially not online. The CSR manager even thought I was going to pay for a replacement order and one of her reps made the mistake. No ma'am!! The customer service is POOR!!!
