This is an overall good location of Kroger. I am generally a fan of Kroger and whenever I am in the area, I find myself stopping at Kroger. When traveling for business, I often stop at Kroger to get water and whatever else for my hotel room. One of their waters, their blood orange flavored water, is definitely something amazing.I also usually pick up stuff to lug home. I am definitely into food and enjoy cooking and some items I can only find here. The staff is friendly at this particular location and there is something to be said about wandering the aisles, soaking up the various foods available. It is definitely a zen vibe. All in all, I would definitely recommend this particular location of Kroger and I will give it five stars. If you are in the area, go check it out.

Half of their self check-out don't work the other half don't take cash and yet they have several registers but never have any of them open and when they are open it's only one or two and then you got the customer service people who are rude as hell and nobody can make up their minds on whether they accept coinstar only at customer service or at the register

DO NOT use this pharmacy unless you have no other choice. I have tolerated poor customer service due to the lower price drugs. However, today I am no longer willing to tolerate rude, disrespectful service from them. The technician came to the counter as if she was doing me a favor. No eye contact. No smile. Nothing but attitude. She cut me off when I was giving my name (which I usually follow-up with my date of birth) by asking for my date of birth. Then got the date wrong and had to ask for my last name to find my prescription which she then had to confirm my date of birth again. Then I am told that my prescription was not ready even though I had received a text that it was ready. When I objected, in raised voice told me I would have to wait for the pharmacist to review it. As I waited, she (refused to give her name after being asked twice) loudly told everyone behind the counter and those waiting about our exchange. I returned to the counter to address the issue. She said she was explaining to her "manager" what had happened and hoped I heard every word. The "manager" with my medication began closing out the transaction. No eye contact. No attempt to deescalate the situation. I asked for the technician's name which she refused give. She wasn't "going to do this". I asked for her name. She provided a name which was different from the name on the receipt. So, these two employees of Kroger Pharmacy provided horrible customer service and refused to take responsibility of their actions by refusing to provide their names or giving a false name. DO NOT use this pharmacy.

This is one of the consistently worst pharmacies on planet earth with some of the least helpful people I have run into. This is not a one time problem which is why I finally wrote a review. I will drive further north to the Ridgeland one which is better.

I have use Kroger pharmacy I-55N for years but sense Covid it has gone to the dogs you can't get a straight answer from anyone there. pharmacy Tech back in the day knew just as much as the Pharmacists and you was guaranteed to get a text regarding any problems regarding your medication . Now they always take your phone number give you a pick up time and you show up it on back order , unrefill, cost is always overcharge. Bring back the knowledge people please

Medicine is NEVER ready when they say it's going to be ready. Received a text stating my medicine was ready 2 hours ago and I get here and still have to wait 45 minutes to pick it up because it's not ready. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

In general, the service is decent, the store is fairly well maintained and the shelves are as well stocked as they can be given the current supply issues (2022). However, my specific gripe is with the online ordering system. My wife and I recently placed an online order for pickup, but nearly 25% of the order was entirely missing and several other items were made with bizarre substitutes that invalidated a number of coupons that were being applied to the order. The employee who brought out my order did not mention any substitutes or missing items when they delivered the food to my car and I was forced to make a return trip to acquire the missing items. Also, this is not the first time this has happened with online ordering from this location. Tl:dr in-store shopping is adequate , but never use the online order function.

I don't know how, but this store continues to get worse! I've been reviewing it for years and it's worse than ever. Horrible.

I rarely ever use this pharmacy but solely for its proximity I gave it a chance. It took over 3 hours to get my prescription filled. No phone call nor text alert to communicate backlog or anything. Even when I called to check before driving to the store, I was left in the queue for over 15 minutes. My last straw was coming back to the store an hour beyond the one hour I was told it would take to fill the order (antibiotic eye drops). Still I was told that it would take 30 more minutes. To say I am “pissed” is below an understatement. The line from pharmacy almost to the front door along with the congested line in “drive-thru” has solidified my decision to NEVER use Kroger Pharmacy on I-55North.

These people are very rude. It takes them weeks to get medicine in and when you are a diabetic or a heart patient you cant wait weeks. They do not care that you have to wait being out of medication because someone there cant order medication. do yourself a big favor switch to a different pharmacy. They have been like this long before covid. The one in Richland and the one Brandon is not any better.

I55 Kroger Pharmacy. Currently there are are 14 people in line. I've been waiting for 30 min already and I'm still 8th from the front. Please hire more staff. Neighbors are talking on the Nextdoor app about how long the wait times are and how people are moving their prescriptions to other pharmacies.

Never have anything ready by the time they promise or even 2-3 days later.
