They need to do better with cash check out. You can hardly find a check out that accepts cash payment. Especially in the morning. This is ridiculous. Open more lanes. Find a new manager, whoever is there is asleep.

So I actually stopped going to Kroger because they keep all the lanes closed. Well I went today and the store was insanely busy!! People everywhere, everyone preparing for the winter storm. I made my selections and was dreading going to the checkout. I was so incredibly shocked that it was soooooooo many lines open! And hardly any long lines!!!! I checked out with the sweetest people and I left some items inside the store and the young lady came and found me in the busy parking lot to make sure I got them!!!! I feel in love with my neighborhood Kroger again TODAY! CHASITY NEEDS A RAISE!!! Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

Everytime I am in Kroger, they always have only 1 person at the service desk. That is ridiculous! There should always be 2-3 people, because most people are on their lunch breaks running errands and waiting in line for 20 minutes isn't something that we have time for. Plus the clerk socializing with everyone.

Waited outside at Kroger pick up for an hour! Called in to speak with the store manager customer service had me on hold for about 10 mins and then the phone line went busy and disconnected.

I like this store but yall need to either open more registers that take cash payment at the self checkouts or set out some signs to separate the line, bc there is absolutely no order when you go to checkout. I’m here almost every night and every time there’s a problem, when it’s completely avoidable and unnecessary. It’s such a non issue. Have an employee at least dictate and steer the lines between cash and card payers, so there’s not a bunch of people standing behind someone who’s waiting for a register! Only 2 registers for cash payment, and you got 20 people paying with card who are standing in 1 line waiting behind someone who’s waiting to pay cash. It’s ridiculous to leave it on your customers to figure out!

This store is too warm to enjoy shopping. Every time I go in there, I leave sweating. I see the staff fanning themselves and also have heard other customers complaining about it being too hot. This is just crazy for a multi million or even billion dollar company. The manager needs to turn the A/C down a few degrees to make it more comfortable to shop in this store. PLEASE!!!!
