Horrible customer service the manager at one site is never there I have called five times in one day trying to get in touch with her and then she finally calls me back 20 minutes before the store closes she then proceeds to give me a hard time and pushes me off on somebody else the lady in the next building had the same nasty attitude when I made the statement that I have been trying to get in touch with her I was basically called a lie to my face also when I made the statement about leaving my lock on until I got in touch with somebody because I was told that when my storage got broken into a few months ago that it was an inside job from an old employee the same supposed to be supervisor again called me a lie and hollered at me neither one of those women need to be a customer service they are not trying to do their job and they don't care about anybody else this is a horrible storage unit also it was supposed to have been climate controlled my unit stayed 90° or hotter the entire time that I have had this unit they have not fixed the air all the doors don't work to get into your unit and if you need assistance be prepared to get treated horribly

Professional staff, very clear with the leasing terms and surprisingly fair pricing. Will definitely rent here again in the future, strongly recommend asking for Isaiah, he’s the most chill manager I’ve ever spoken with.
