The people who work there have no idea what you're looking for, and you look for someone to help you and they just tell you there's someone who can help you, and you go and there's no one there, you struggle to find someone who can help you with what you need to find.

I went to go purchase carpet to have it installed in my new apartment. There was absolutely no one available to assist me to get this done. Try local smaller carpet business.

What a bad experience I had in this place, I bought a tool and had a photo of the receipt and I told them I needed to make a return and they asked me for a lot of information to make the return, such as an identification, but they did not ask me for identification when I made the purchase and that is breaking consumer rights, they also mentioned that it is an old policy, which is why I mentioned that I have been a Lowes customer for more than 15 years and they had never asked for that information and I asked to speak to the manager named THERESA and she mentioned that she was an old police officer, so I told her that I knew all my rights but she ignored them until I showed her my driver's license from the state of Mississippi and that was where they made the return.

I bought a toilet at Lowe’s on Greenway Drive, I am Woman and I asked for assistance to load it into my truck and I waited for over 20 minutes for someone to help me, no one ever came so I walked outside to see if there someone out there and still no one came to help me, so a random stranger another Woman came and helped me load it up, I hope you all will be better with helping your Female customers, because I am very disappointed.

While I had a great experience with two workers who helped me locate and load up some stuff; the one worker who checked us out was just absolutely horrible and rude. She had an attitude and was demanding that we find the item numbers for some items that were picked up but had no stickers. She barely flipped through her book and was all "I can't find the item number." Then when I did find them, she was huffing and rolling her eyes as I was doing part of her job FOR her. It was ridiculous. She had no problems helping out the other customers WHILE supposed to be helping us so idk if she thought my best friend and I were a same sex couple (even if we were, that's absolutely disgusting behavior from her). I refuse to come back to Lowes, I will happily go to home depot and spend that extra money.
