I was told to go to chair. A guy came up and started my water I noticed his glove had something on it and I asked him if he was going to change it. And of course, this started him and the rest of his staff to talk in their language. Then a young lady came up and was talking to him but I had noticed her coming from nail table. So, I asked her to change her gloves because you just got done doing someoneās nails. I went to go dry and a lady was drying her nails with a disgusting look on her face. To my surprise her nails were half painted and she told the nail tech that it was not properly painted. But they stuck her under the dry anyway. This was not my usual pedicure spot and I will not go back.

Best service EVER!!! Been a customer for over 30 years. WILL NOT go anywhere else. The toes were done here a few weeks ago.

This place is the worse! They get too comfortable ignoring and overlooking certain customers. Theyāre too busy trying to imitate the people that come in with āGirlllllā or other stereotypical words and phrases. They donāt value the customers anymore and itās said to see a good nail salon go down. The older lady and older man CANNOT do nails. They need to find some people who actually want to do the job. Stop overcharging and raising prices to make up for the money you are losing due to poor customer service. Going to the nail salon is a luxury and some women spend their last to look good. Stop making it more than what it is.

I went with my elderly mom to get pampered but never again. They split us up 1st off and gave my mom a pedicure that had polish all over her toes. I told them to clean it up because I wasn't paying for something I could do. When we made it home, I noticed her legs still had dead skin on them. Well, my nails are chipped off and God awful and it hasn't been 2 weeks. I show my hands for my business and now I'm forced to go somewhere else to get a basic mani

When I came they started off well,UNTIL the acrylic power/monomer was involved. 2-3 mins after they applied the acrylic my finger started to burn. They said it was just the nail lamp and continued on with my nails.Every time I said it would burn they would spray my finger with alcohol when my nails were done they were still burning to the touch.the nails came out pretty but the pain was NOT worth it. I will not be coming back!!!

This Used to be one of my favorite spots. I started going here way back in the day. Toot Jason and Tweet all do darn good nails! But this place is filthy dirty nasty... last time I went it was some kind of insects crawling on the arm bar while I was getting my nails done they don't sweep sanitize or wipe down after customers leave. The manicure chairs and area are completely filthy pedicure area and chairs aren't any better. I left and haven't been back since, so disappointing because I had respect for the owners and their business
