Since when did this location stop taking orders in store at 8p. That needs to be posted on the website and Google maps this location closes WAAAAY earlier than the time posted which is 10

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Need to be reported to the health department among other agencies. I witnessed the girl behind the counter tell a customer, who was not an employee, to come and fix her own drink and she did! I watched as this person walked behind the counter, grabbed their own cup, scoop it in the ice, and fix their own drink without washing their hands not once. During this time someone walked in with their previous order which apparently was wrong. She then asked that same customer to grab that person's order and send it to the back. This person is not a McAlister's employee. I know this because while I was waiting for the actual employee to take my order, which took way too long, they were sitting there holding a casual conversation as if she was not at work and during this conversation is when I heard the customer talking about her job at Papa John's which is right next door. I did a formal complaint to McAlister's corporate office and the manager emailed me back. Apparently this is a common for McAlister's because he was not at all surprised and said that he knew who I was talking about and that he has banned her from the store before, but the issue is not the customer. The issue is the staff/employees and managers who are allowing this!!!

I have never been to a Mcalister's with two stars. The food was not great, like at other locations and no friendly attitudes, just snobby attitudes. The restaurants was not as clean as it should have been. Not a fan and I won't be back.

Order a club asked for toasted sandwiches was not toasted. Christy wanted to argue which is poor customer service. At that point I just wanted a refund. Corporate should definitely take a look at that store management.

All employees seem to be new. Only one person was taking orders, the others were just standing around, *supposedly* helping the folks who ordered ahead and were picking up (there were none of these people when I got there, so I don't know why one of the employees who was just standing around couldn't have just hopped onto one of the two unoccupied registers to take orders). Ordinarily they give you your drink (or a cup for the self-serve fountain) right when you order, but I didn't get my unsweet tea yet...Seems to be taking a bit and I need to go to work...The southwest chicken and avocado salad was mysteriously devoid of avocados, but at least it tasted okay and came out relatively quickly, and they got my drink order (unsweet tea) right. It drives me nuts when I ask for unsweet tea and get a diabetic coma in a cup. (I'm not diabetic, but southern sweet tea is so sweet it makes me feel ill.)I'm not totally disappointed...will probably visit this McAlister's again next time I'm in the area and hungry

Arrived at this location at 8:15pm online it says 10pm get to their door it says 8:00pm mayb the time should be changed online as well..!! It was a total inconvenience ??♀️

Went to this location on 10/22/2023, and it was the worst experience I've ever had at any McAlister's. There was a woman there who acted like a manager, and she was yelling at the workers in the kitchen so loudly that everyone in the entire restaurant could hear her. Later, she took my order and was rude and unhelpful. The line was long because there was only one register open. It took forever to get our food, and then I got the wrong meal. When I told the server, she came back and said the cook said he got it right and I was wrong. I had asked the woman for the receipt when I checked out, but she said it didn't print. I told the server that and again asked for my receipt she never came back. I saw the meal they tried to serve me go to another table. This was after they had put the sandwich in front of me!! I touched the sandwich to look and see if the order was correct and immediately told the server that it wasn't. It made me sick to see it go to someone else. I know it was the same sandwich because if the crooked way I had put the bread back. I told the customer, and they left. It was an awful experience. I will never go back to that location.

What I got vs what I ordered. Really disappointed. It just exudes laziness. Never had this issue with McAlisters before but wow, what a way to ruin a craving.

I never really eat at this location but it was the only one near by … Food was okay , but customer service sucks and I’d never go to that location again !!!!!!!!!!
