I could not say enough good about this small family run glass business. I have used them before and their prices were the best around and their service always excellent. I stopped in today to get a drill-Stop on a crack that appeared in a few days ago. They got me turned around in about 20 minutes and would not accept any payment because they could not guarantee it, having run so far. I highly recommend them to any one looking for great auto glass service.

Tried to call over 5 times several hours apart during business hours. Wanted to work with this company due to warranty but couldn’t get anyone on phone. Can prove when I called. 👍🏼

I previously used another auto glass shop in the Jackson area, and I was satisfied with the result, but Mid-State glass company was much easier to work with. They were able to order my glass and have it next day, ready to install. I wasn't in a rush but they were just that convenient. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. This will be my new go-to place for glass repairs.

Currently working out of town and had my back window shattered. Called them THAT DAY and asked if they had a replacement. Was there in about 10 minutes, they got started right away, only took them about 30 minutes AND they did a bang up job. Thoroughly impressed!

Got a large crack across my windshield yesterday and called the dealership to see if they could replace it. The Subaru dealer(Morgan), was very helpful and referred me to Mid-State Glass Company for repairs. From the first call to the finished product, the entire process went smoothly. I was there this morning by nine and out before ten a.m. The ladies at the front were awesome, the price was reasonable, and my windshield looks great! Thank you so much for putting me back on the road without worry. I would definitely recommend.

I had a drivers side window shatter and called several places to get an estimate for replacement. Not only did Mid State Glass offer the best price for replacement, the service was amazing. I called in the morning and they had the glass by 1:30 pm. I was offered an appt at 2pm. When I arrived, the staff was efficient and courtious. There was a waiting room full of people so I anticipated being there a while. My car was moved into the service bay in less than 10 minutes and I walked out with a new window installed by 2:45. Great service, great value, great overall experience!!

Wish I could give 10 stars!! Fast efficient friendly service from the young lady answering the phone to take my order and set an appointment to when I walked in a few minutes early to the tech who was super friendly and got the windshield replaced in about 45 minutes while I was able to sit in the nice clean waiting area with nice clean bathrooms. The cost was comparable to another company that I had spoken with but said I may have to sit and wait for 3-4 hours which didn't work for me.
Excellence!!
