Disappointed .. I came in and got a pedicure and a full set. My pedicure was done by the older lady , she did amazing. The young lady to the right of the shop owner’s wife .. horrible . My nails kept coming out crooked and she had to keep fixing them. Then the ‘Bebe’ or whatever her name is tried to complain and say no nails are perfect however this is my money and I refused to leave unsatisfied. The lady that was doing my nails applied acrylic , buffed them with the block and dusted . I swear I never realized she didn’t use the drill to take off the thickness until I left already irritated from the 3 hours I been there , the shop owners wife’s attitude cause I’m not the one to take the slick comments all while pretending to act like she didn’t say anything wrong . I just won’t be returning !

I love to come to Nail City for my eyebrows because bre (I believe that’s her name) is consistent and has done a good job everytime I’ve come over the past 2 years. Although, I don’t come for the here for the nails for a few reasons. I went to get a manicure and I noticed he just clipped my nails and was about to put the polish on… I asked him if he would cut my cuticles since I thought it came with the service and his response was “it’s $15 extra”.. since when was cuticle trimming an extra service?? That’s part of nail maintenance but I assume times have changed. Also, I came for a pedicure another time and I told the lady I wanted regular polish instead of gel. She then pleaded gel was better but I assured her that I didn’t want gel polish for this visit. She then had 3 other co workers come up to me and try to persuade me over and over again to get gel. At this point I’m feeling overwhelmed and forced into something I didn’t want. They simply don’t listen. But I love the eyebrows.

They're always friendly and more than willing to help in searching for whatever you need. At the particular time I went in and they did not have the product that I was looking for but I didn't end up purchasing something else as I peruse their aisles.

Service was not great rudeness I was told at nail city we don’t take care of the customer that your job to take care of yourself what I got done doesn’t match up I will never ever go there again

By far the worse experience I’ve ever had. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for a fill in French tip toes and was charged $75. How is a fill in more than a brand new full set. Dirty and will never come back here again.

Lisa was filling in for Andy while gone on vacation. She held a conversation with each client, she was quick and at the same time made sure you walked away with your nails and toes looking great. I loved her services, my nails looked natural. I asked how I cam book her when Andy not in town. She said she travels to help out. I would say she should fill in each time time.

Tried to add picture, but wouldn't allow me too! The worst ever salon. I only went on because it was close to where I currently was & it was just opening. They never spoke. She was rude as hell pointing to the things instead of talking to me, tapping on my hand to do things, & never thanked me!!! It was a quick 5.00 fix. Don't waste your time or money. Attached is a picture of the lady. I will stick with my Rankin County salons! Jackson will not get anymore of my $!!! No lotion No oil Not shit!! DO NOT GO TO NAILS CITY OFF TERRY ROAD!!!!
